Stopped here on way home my husband had to repeat 3 times NO when ordering a regular chicken sandwich cashier kept asking want it spicy? Gentleman behind us even told her “hey he’s told you 3 time not spicy stop asking”. I’m allergic to several spices causes throat and mouth numbness and swelling, we get order get back on road open bad and guessed it she gave us and ordered spicy this was 3 June 2025 at 2:13pm have receipt immediately attempted to contact no one answered the phone so used FB messenger sent message to the Wendy’s Corporate they replied and forwarded to location for reply four months later multiple messages still nothing from location. Called customer service at Wendy’s yesterday talked with Cemal who let me know unless I downloaded the Wendy’s app I couldn’t get a refund! Really I’m not downloading an app for a refund and shouldn’t have to how about not messing up the order and taking 4 months to acknowledge.

Mario is a very professional and nice young man that works at this location. Management should certainly appreciate his people skills and manner. Wendy’s is frequently a solid choice for food as they are more consistent than other fast food chains. I only ordered a frosty on this day. Extremely disappointed. Came in on a Greyhound with only minutes to grab something. The crew tonight at 3:30am had no idea what they were doing. Standing around talking. I ordered a sausage egg n cheese muffin. They literally sent it out cold. You ever tried to eat an English muffin uncooked???? That's the last chance I had for food until Oklahoma City so Thanks for nothing guys and gal. Wasted money on food that wasn't even edible. Reading all the reviews now I see that store needs a new Store Manager. How is the owner remotely allowing this? Its like they want to loose money. What a shame Management isn't doing its job.

We ordered from the Kiosk so while waiting for our number to be called we got our drinks only to notice that the two machines were out of ice and the only pop that was available was sugar free. The regular coke, sprite, Fanta and even the Minute Maid was unavailable. We finally got our food and two of our burgers were suppose to come without onions and pickles and they were in the burger. The 2 frostys were suppose to be a strawberry and the other chocolate and those were wrong as well. We got the strawberry pop tart and a vanilla 🤢 which they were melted. The fries were cold and stale. The tables were dirty and others were having issues with their orders as well. The one girl who had been calling out the numbers she looked like she didn’t know what was going on. Do not recommend this place.
