Typical Wendy's. Food was alright, staff was terrible. Dined in, yet as given a bag and not a tray. Wanted ketchup for fries but no cups were available. Had to flatten bag and try to pump ketchup onto bag. Of course ketchup was almost empty, so splattered everywhere. Pepper also made a mess. Was trying to keep table clean, as staff was cleaning up, but not much I could do without a tray.

When it's good it's great! When it's not, boy it's not... to be fair it is more often good food than bad. The biggest issue i have with this location is the wait time on food. If you come at night your guaranteed to wait up to 15 maybe even 20 minutes for a small order of food, this is even if you made a mobil order 15 to 30 minutes in advance. The way the drive thru is built is there is no way to leave once you get in the line, they have a barricade alongside it making you unable to leave even if you get your food at the window if someone in front of you is waiting in there food then you have to wait on their order. Not only is this inconvenient but at times can be downright insane on wait times. I give it a three star because to be honest in some ways it's good, but in alot of ways it really isnt.

I ordered and paid for a combo through the self service machine (because no one wanted to stop playing around long enough to take an order) the machine did not give me a receipt. When my order finally came out after 25 minutes of waiting with no one waiting on their food, I grabbed my order because I had to go. Checked my bag in my truck and realized I didn't get my fries I went back in and told them. I got told "how do I know you didn't get them, you don't have a receipt to prove you ordered them too, so sorry about your bad luck but that's a you problem not my problem"

I did an online order and they forgot the bacon. I spoke to the manager and showed the burger. He made a new burger with extra bacon. He said I could keep the other burger as well. He is a short white guy with beard.

I would give zero stars if I can. They absolutely refused to serve us. Never even spoke to us! We were waiting at the register to order because the kiosks said card only. The one employee walked near us 3 separate times looked at us and walked away each time. Sometimes just stood there next to us. There were 3 employees that we could see and not busy at all. I will be reaching out to corporate. DO NOT GO HERE!
I pulled over to complete my 30-minute break and get something to eat at Wendy's, and apparently, they are out of beef and out of chicken, 2nd time in a row. On my way to Arby's

Wendy's usually has the good food but DANG can we say"Skimpy". I ordered the son of baconator & it looks like they took one piece of bacon and cut it in half and put it on my sandwich. The lady that waited on me was really sweet. Manager look like she was either chewing butt or socializing with another worker. Other workers were either talking or standing around doing nothing.

Food was good. Was taken aback by the manager. They stopped the lady taking our order. She said we have too many backed up orders to take another. After about 10 minutes, the manager took the order. Was asked take out or dine in 2 times. The manager still did not get it right. Missing some food but the original lady who took our order set it right.
