I got in line and was at the speaker at 7:14 and by 7:26 I still had not made it to the payment window. I had to get out of line and get to work. So disappointing since I had already paid for my food on the app.“

What you receive is the recommended amount they are supposed to put in the food and what they make is exactly how it is rung up. If you’re not sure if the order is correct then read the screen or ask if they can read it back to you. And before you come in yapping about NO sour cream😱 or how your chalupa has NO LETTUCE in it😱 be kind. Ask nicely for them to remake it. They are people too. Majority are just minor’s trying to get through the day. You don’t know what everyone goes through.“

“Awesome service! And the owner/manager always makes sure our pup gets water or a pup cup w/ ice cream. Today the same owner/manager made sure the outside table/seating area was dry for us to sit on. He personally came out & wiped down the table & seats.“

“I we there three times within a week and they remembered me and they served me delicious meal. It was hot in fresh all three times. They was very courteous. They brought it to my table within the timeframe. I thought it should be brought. I highly recommend dairy queen grill and chill. Stop in and get you a burger and fries or whatever do you want they will serve it to you hot and fresh.

Kid-friendliness: They are kind and friendly the server that I had knew me because I’ve been in there several times he knew me by my name because he remembered me because I was in there more than three times. He has a good memory. He was a good server he brought my food to me within a good time The cook made it fresh and hot and did not make no mistakes
