The food is good but 18 min wait time in non peak hours is insane. On top of that i could not get anyone to get me my drink cup. And apparently they are out of everything, straws, cups, taco shells. It’s poorly managed. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed, countless times I get the 3 cheese and chicken flat bread and every time I order online I always press none for no chipotle sauce yet when I go pick it up I get home and come to found out all those times they have chipotle sauce on them, will no longer be coming back.

usually this taco bell is pretty good, but for some reason today, the food was not good. and the service? wow. i got my order, looked in both boxes and there was no sauce in either of them. I asked the guy at the window for sauce (looked like a manager) and he told me there was sauce in the bottom of the boxes. there wasn't. I asked for sauce again, same answer. I then asked again and proceeded to get sauce shoved at me. was not happy.

I order from this place when I’m craving it, practically EVERY TIME they get my order wrong. How hard is it to literally make a burrito with only meat??? THATS ALL I WANT!! anyway night shift workers please up your game i literally had such a bad day and this made it worse.

Food is terrible and service is even worse ordered 3 crunchy tacos 2 were broken and had very little meat in them and way too much lettuce. Took them back in trying to get the 2 tacos remade correctly and not broken I talked to some girl named Maddie and she refused to help said that’s how much meat they always put in their tacos which i know is false because I just came to this same location 2 weeks ago and every single taco was perfect. Definitely don’t recommend.

I live next to this Taco Bell and every time I go I feel disappointed. I normally use the drive through but the short haired woman who usually works the window is Very unpleasant. Every time. This time I went inside and stood at the counter for 15 minutes and the employees didn’t even look in my direction. I ordered on the kiosk after the long wait for acknowledgment. 5 minutes later the employees were scrambling trying to figure out where this order goes that was sitting by the window. I was at the counter. I had to tell them it was my order and then I had to ask for my drink. I’ve worked in customer service for a decade and this place has many red flags. Very unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for cold tacos with more lettuce than meat. So, if any is looking for lettuce tortillas and bad service this is your place.

Guy working drive thru had no personality got 2 large Dr Peppers tasted like carbonated water. Ordered 3 tacos had no taste and were so greasy it was dripping on paper. Even with mild sauce in them still no flavor.

They don’t respect the customer and will refuse to make a order correct! And if you are doing drive Thur I would suggest making sure your food is warm!
