Before you make a review on this restaurant understand who you’re talking about. These people work hard to give you their best and on time. What you receive is the recommended amount they are supposed to put in the food and what they make is exactly how it is rung up. If you’re not sure if the order is correct then read the screen or ask if they can read it back to you. And before you come in yapping about NO sour cream😱 or how your chalupa has NO LETTUCE in it😱 be kind. Ask nicely for them to remake it. They are people too. Majority are just minor’s trying to get through the day. You don’t know what everyone goes through.

So don't stop here the employees come out and mouth you as if you needed it. The crunch wrap had no lettuce and I could not taste anything other than the flour and the corn tortilla. So it took 3 of the employees to fondle my food just to come back out and show me that 3 of them decided that the size of a quarter is all the sour cream and tomatoes. So s combination of a toothless old lady hollering at me and the amount of food put in a crunch wrap has me telling this story. Do not stop at Brookland Arkansas unless you want to be told off/ hollered at and do not expect any Taco Bell food on a crunch wrap. Hold on till Paragould or Jonesboro

I ordered 2 Taco party packs. Got home and not ONE of the 24 tacos had ANY shredded cheese. Called and asked for the manager only to be told “that’s odd” and that since it’s the LAST topping they can’t remake my food, but I CAN drive back up there from home and they would give me a couple of cups of cheese….to put on what would THEN be cold food! I have shredded cheese at my house, but if that’s how you handle a mistake on YOUR PART… I will stop elsewhere.

They confirmed my DoorDash order then waited 30 minutes just to cancel it when the driver got there. I ordered with plenty of time to get the food prepared. Maybe don't confirm orders that you have no intention of filling

Well I should’ve realized when it was 6 pm and it was dead not to go in!! The girl never said one word to me I said hello not one word , just rude go get a job that you don’t have to deal with people, needles to say my husband said never mind cancel the order , he doesn’t like to deal with rude customer service lol… but in reality it probably saved me because I’ve gotten sick twice from Taco Bell but wanted to try again lol
