I am well pleased when I first ordered a poke bowl from here. The first order was delicious, the second order; the fish was old. The third time, because I thought it was fluke, they didn’t add the toppings as requested, and lastly today, they didn’t add any poke sauce or yum yum. I spent $32 on two bowls that were both incorrect, tired to contact the business but it went to voicemail and no call back. This place is very inconsistent to say the least. You’ve lost my business.

Ordered 2 Taro boba teas and one of them tasted just like milk. No taro flavor at all. Both of the boba pearls in each drink were old and the texture was too soft and mushy like it was sitting all day and absorbed too much liquid. When I went to go get the drinks fixed, I let the cashier know and she told me that the reason why is because they only make the brown sugar tapioca pearls in the morning. We ordered around 7:30pm... the quality and food safety is so disappointing. I expected the boba to be made more than once a day to ensure the taste and quality is meeting paying customers standards. Will not be going back. #ChaChaDoItBetter

My first visit I got the matcha lover which was great! Then I tried the match milk tea with coconut jelly and it was really good. It comes pretty sweet but I haven’t gotten anything I didn’t like. My friend got the tropical fresh fruit tea with strawberry popping boba.
