Drive thru experience: I don’t expect a lot when I go to any fast food restaurant, but one thing I do expect is my food to be cooked. The meat was hot, but that’s about it. The bacon was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted on this burger.

Asked for a senior discount. The assistant manager Linell told me Burger King doesn't give senior discounts anymore. I asked the reason. I was told they don't care about senior citizens . Burger King ,Reynolds Rd. Bryant,AR.

The General Manger stated that her Libby as closed and I wasn’t welcome to come in and eat. I stated that I couldn’t go through the drive through window because my truck was to large due to it being a commercial truck. She said the reason that she wasn’t allowing customers in the lobby was because she had not had two employees. I believe it was only that she didn’t want to mop the floors anymore because of the wet conditions outside. This is totally bad business. Not acceptable at all. I will absolutely spread the word on my social media that the lady was very rude and refused to do her job.

The workers here are always so nice I never feel rushed even in the drive through and they are always so sweet to my kiddo giving her crowns and waves. Always greet me nicely and if there’s ever an issue it’s always fixed immediately with no fuss.

I love this location! The food is always correct and fresh when I order it. I work Doordash, when a customer orders from here they cook to order. It's always hot and fresh when I get it. The service is great and the restaurant is always clean.
My husband came in to pick up our dinner and was "greeted" in the rudest way by what they want to call a manager. He came in around 5. So I'm going to assume it's the closing manager. And if this is how management is going to treat and greet there customers then no wonder why your decreasing in sales. and this is coming from a manager myself. You need to do some in house cleaning.
