Tried to place a order for the 3 for$7 and the lady rang everything up individually instead when I got to the window I was told I would have to pull around to get it wrang up correctly. Asked for the manger. Trina came to the window and just stared at me then told me her boss said it’s the only way they can’t cancel an order. But when leave and don’t pay for this order don’t they have to cancel it? 👀

I am here to recognize Burger King on north Reynolds road in Bryant, Arkansas. My husband called and asked me to bring him a meal from Burger King for lunch today. And when I got there, the customer service was exceptional from the time of ordering to the guy that I took my money and the lady that not only recognized me but she recognized my dog and gave my dog a piece of bacon. This type of service is what we need every single day and I appreciate the kindness that I experienced.. so for the employees that worked on April 20, 2025, on Easter, around 12:50pm, give yourselves a pat on the back.

Please can yall do something about adding a diaper change area in men’s and women’s restroom y’all have a play area for kids and no diaper change area. I feel like there should be one knowing kids coming in please and thank you
