Ask the manager Devin if we could eat in dining room at 845 he said they were closing , while leaving he served a group of five that were walking in. we took are business elsewhere. when i requested GM info i was inforned they didnt give mangers contact . past inconsistencies on orders .
They never get my orders correct!!! Today, I ordered four kids’ meals. I got home and only had three kids’ meals, and they had no toys.
When I called to complain, I was told they’re out of kids’ meals’ toys. Wow! Would’ve been nice to have been told that before getting home & having very disappointed children!!!
My husband and I eat at the Bryant Chick-fil-A almost once a week. He has dementia and a bit of a mobility issue. We have always been treated with patience and kindness. This week when we went it was not raining when we got there but was pouring when we were ready to leave. One of the workers insisted on getting us an umbrella. She used it to get me to the car then hurried back in to stay with my husband as I drove around. She helped me get him in the car…he didn’t get wet...read full review
