This is by far the WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever eaten at. I have tried and tried to give this location chance after chance, but they continuously drop the ball. Not only was the food quality bad, but when it was brought to the attention of the management, they did absolutely nothing. It was literally take it as it is or get your money back. They truly don't actually seem to care about the quality of the food or experience they provide. It's pretty disappointing, especially because Chic-fil-A's customer service and guest experiences are supposed to be superior to other places. It's a letdown. Save your money and time and go somewhere else in the area or drive a few miles up the road and hit up the next Chic-fil-A. P.S. they apparently don't do crispy bacon anymore. GROSS!! I mean even Wendy's and Burger King can get your bacon well done. Do better CFA!!

Was very disappointed when my family of 4 came to eat dinner & couldn’t find anywhere to sit so we had to eat in our car. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal if it wasn’t for 2 booths and 2 tables bing taken by 1 employee at each. Was very frustrating.

I placed a mobile order here (never been here before) and didn’t realize I was supposed to be scanning a QR code driving up. The last Chick-Fil-A I placed a mobile order at (in Hot Springs) they didn’t have me do that, so I wasn’t expecting to do that here. I drove up to the lady at the booth and told her the situation and I gave her my order details and she said I was good to go. Then the drive thru guy didn’t have my order ready and had me pull into spot 1, which is full and so are all the spots, so I park in front of the side door. A lady brings me a bag and a drink with no indication of whose order it is and tells me it should be mine. It wasn’t or at least all of it. I didn’t get half my order. Thanks.

Love the food, the staff is fine but the mobile check out lately has been garbage. It won't scan or code for the order half the time, the lines aren't controlled as far as rate of flow and order of flow per lane so you got people pushing to be first but in vehicles so it's more expensive if damaged is caused. Waffle fries are not great but mac n cheese is good for fast food.
