Went to order the managers special for me and the pork chop sandwich for my wife at 1620 today, 06/28/2024. Had to ask the lady behind the counter to get off her phone to take my order. At 1700, still no food. We were dining in. Asked several times if my food was being made. Floor was nasty, sticky, and every table had empty napkin holders. Loved this place before. But after this service, won't be back.
Love their fish and they have a drive thru. Will definitely buy again. And again they are so courteous
Lady was extremely short with me and accused me of confusing the order when she charged more than should've been charged. Not sure how it's my fault she charged a second meal when I never even asked for one. I get everyone is short staffed right now but that doesn't mean y'all's staff need to have attitudes. Not gonna name any names because I get people need their jobs but still. I was nice to her the entire time and bit my tongue when I could've been rude right back.
