The wings are fire 🔥 — no doubt. But how are y’all gonna take my money on a Monday at 6:30 PM, then have the place completely shut down when I show up? Doors locked, no lights, no sign, nothing. Online and on your window it says you’re open until 8:30 PM. Now I’ve gotta fight with DoorDash just to get a refund — all because your online ordering uses their system. Just a normal customer who drove from almost 30 minutes away, not a delivery driver. This one really burned me.

My son and I visited this restaurant today at 5:30. When we walked in the store the employee notified us that the store was closed. So, why was there a sign stating the store was open? Why would customers have the ability to access a closed restaurant? Overall, I rated the food one star because we never ate. I rated the customer service one star because we were never served. And, I rated the atmosphere one star because my son and I were never able to dine there.

Very dirty for as expensive as it is. They could have been short staffed I'm not sure but everything was super sticky(shoes sticking to the floor) however the staff was friendly enough just seemed over worked

Fell in love with the chicken king in North Little Rock and was very excited we finally got one in Bryant. When they first opened everything was on point. I don't know what happened or what changed but they went from 5 stars to a solid 1. The chicken always has feathers on it, taste like the grease is old, and the chicken is always gummy now. You would think the meal would be perfect and made with love because it's always empty every time I go.

I was in Bryant, Ar at the hospital visiting family and I googled place to get a catfish dinner near me .I seen Chicken King and after reading the reviews I decided to try their catfish and it is absolutely amazing... Trust me you will not be disappointed.. good job Chicken King 💪🏾💪🏾🔥

I have enjoyed chicken king since they opened their 1st store in North Little Rock. I usually order a 20 or 50 piece wings.Their chicken wings are tender, and they have a delicious flavor. The one complaint that I have about their wings the last few times I have purchased them is that they still have some feathers on them. I stopped eating there for a while, but their wings are so good that I decided to give them another try and to check out different locations thinking that maybe the wings would be cleaned better at a different location. I tried the Bryant location and the Little Rock location. The wings at the Bryant location was just as delicious and tender as usual, but I still had to pluck feathers before I could try my chicken. Not all the wings had feathers, but many of them did, which eventually made me lose my appetite. Chicken King has the flavor and taste. They could dominate the wing market if they clean their chicken better.
No stars for food! By far the worst chicken I have had. Hosting my New Year party and the way my people talked about this chicken had me embarrassed and I'm not the one that cooked it. The kids didn't even eat it. Most of it ended up in the trash and the rest I wrapped up as proof. The owner asked me to bring what I had left for a refund. No sir, you can keep it. I just won't come back.

Oh my gosh the catfish is soooooo good. I love that they actually sell “Catfish” not “Swai” and saying it catfish! The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because my fish was fried too hard for my liking. I know 95% of people like their fish fried hard. I still like my meat to be soft and flakey.

I recently ordered a takeout meal from Chicken King, and it was a fantastic experience! The chicken was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Their sauces are absolutely delicious, with the lemon pepper and spicy garlic parmesan being my personal favorites. On top of that, the prices are great, offering excellent value for such high-quality food. The friendly service made the meal even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to Chicken King soon!
