Great service tonight! They must’ve had a rush so we were told the wait would be approximately 20min. We didn’t mind, we accepted the wait and ordered. After ordering we were asked to park up front. Within 15min our order was delivered to the car fresh and hot without one thing missing plus a smile. The employee even played a joke on us acting like it wasn’t ready while he had it in his hands. We enjoyed the laughs and got home and enjoyed our dinner! Thanks for helping feed the family tonight!

So I order the $6.00 real big deal. It’s supposed to have a leg and a thigh. The guy at the register says we only have legs, no thighs will that be ok? I said I guess but since the legs are tiny can I have three legs since you’re not giving me the bigger thigh? He said no. This was after I had already paid. So you’re ok with shorting people but not ok with trying to make it right?? I need a corporate number to call!

Stop here once or twice a month to pickup dinner for the family. Food is always good, staff always friendly. Be prepared to wait a bit for orders when they get busy, but otherwise, this is a great location.

Although the restaurant was busy. Service was great. The employees acknowledged me and continued to let me know ,someone would be right with me. When I received my food, it was fresh and delicious. Great job Church's employees.

Bypass this place and go to the one on John Barrow in Little Rock!! EVERYTHING was disgusting including the bathroom. Just throw the whole restaurant in the garbage. 😩 Spent 30 bucks and they only had sweet tea to drink the day I was there. They was more concerned with making sure I was charged already for the items they forgot to give me to make sure the quality of my food was good. They made us wait for stips for only ONE of the three strip meals I ordered. They got an attitude when I asked for my extra side of gravy I paid for. Asked for my receipt to check to make sure I paid. I felt like I was unwanted there.

I hate giving bad reviews but I ordered a spicy chicken and got all the way home and it was not spicy... that is the only bad thing.
It had been some years since I had Church's . We heard that they've rebranded and the service and food was much better. I can truly say the spicy chicken to me was much better than Popeyes and the service was definitely better than at Popeyes. However. I had a little longer wait because I ordered spicy all dark. I can say it was worth the wait

Both of my orders were wrong, ordered 3 pieces chicken, got two. Ordered 3 pieces strips got 4. Ordered 2 peppers got 0. Not the first time something like this happened, may be the last.
