Although the restaurant was busy. Service was great. The employees acknowledged me and continued to let me know ,someone would be right with me. When I received my food, it was fresh and delicious. Great job Church's employees.
It had been some years since I had Church's . We heard that they've rebranded and the service and food was much better. I can truly say the spicy chicken to me was much better than Popeyes and the service was definitely better than at Popeyes. However. I had a little longer wait because I ordered spicy all dark. I can say it was worth the wait

I ordered a two piece mixed. They gave me a wing and a thigh. The wing was fried so hard i couldn't eat it. The thigh was huge I thought it was a breast. It wasn't cooked well it was kinda slimy so I couldn't eat it either. So, I guess thanks for the biscuit and potatoes because that's all I could eat. Like I said that thigh was huge I guess everything about Texas is BIG lol Church's Texas Chicken!!!!
The staff was very rude, they gave me the wrong order and when I proceeded to go inside and get my order, she was very snappy and would not look at me. I told her that on the order I had fries and told her I would look for the receipt on my phone and she snatched the paper receipt from in front of me. I couldn’t get the woman’s name but it looked like something was wrong with her eye. She was very very rude and had awful customer service. 10/10 do not recommend this churches when she is working. She has red hair that is French braided into two braids

My husband and I have been to this location 4 times now and pulled out of the drive thru 3 times. The 1 time we did wait we had to wait over 30 minutes for a chicken to be cooked!! They weren’t even busy at that time! There was NO excuse!! We just pulled thru today and NOT 1 customer was there and they told us it would be at least 10 minutes for chicken tenders to be ready?!! At a chicken establishment!! What are they running at this place?!!! And the manager could have cared less if we pulled off or not!! Unbelievable!! My husband thinks you guys are a front for illicit activities because it’s definitely not a fast food chicken joint!!

Bypass this place and go to the one on John Barrow in Little Rock!! EVERYTHING was disgusting including the bathroom. Just throw the whole restaurant in the garbage. 😩 Spent 30 bucks and they only had sweet tea to drink the day I was there. They was more concerned with making sure I was charged already for the items they forgot to give me to make sure the quality of my food was good. They made us wait for stips for only ONE of the three strip meals I ordered. They got an attitude when I asked for my extra side of gravy I paid for. Asked for my receipt to check to make sure I paid. I felt like I was unwanted there.
I hate giving bad reviews but I ordered a spicy chicken and got all the way home and it was not spicy... that is the only bad thing.
