⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My 6-year-old niece, Em, loves Copper Mule food but REALLY wanted to be sung to for her birthday like she saw at another restaurant. I called ahead, and Mali answered the phone—she said they don’t normally do birthday songs but told me, “Ask to sit in my section… I have jazz hands and I’m not afraid to use them.”
When we arrived, Mali gave Em the most special welcome and somehow got several staff members and a big part of the restaurant to sing and wish her a happy birthday! She absolutely made the day—Em is still smiling ear to ear.
And the food was delicious, as always!

We go here a couple of times per month. Very consistent food and service. Only complaint is the volume on tv's during sports in both eating areas. Would be nice if at least one area it was turned down enough to talk.

I had the shrimp and grits for lunch. To me, they were underwhelming and mediocre. They’re $16.75 and Copper Mule includes automatic tip. My total was $21.75. It definitely was not worth it and I will not be returning. Lunch was saved by the wonderful group of ladies I came with.

I’ve been twice now. In my opinion, it’s nothing to write home about. Most everything fried is excessively salty and greasy. My mom’s “shrimp and grits” came with about 5 shrimp and a boatload of grits. Sautéed mushrooms are ok, but I couldn’t choke down the greens (insane salty). The fried stuff was about as good as fried stuff usually is. I feel like it’s overpriced for the majority of items. Service was mediocre, but you’ll pay automatic 20% tip if you have a group (6 or more, I think).

Oh my goodness this place is a hidden GEM! We returned twice in a week bc Maylan was such a pleasure! She had excellent recommendations and at this point I would trust whatever she told me to get. Her pairing suggestions were SO good… but she was also SUPER fast with our needs, never left us waiting for anything, and an absolute pleasure to talk with. Everything we have tried has been 10/10. We look forward to returning again and will always ask for her.
Copper Mule- keep her at all cost! We are foodies and the customer service was just an incredible bonus which seems to be very rare these days.

The food is decent but beware ordering online. The images are false advertisement. Tried to discuss the issue with this leathery lady in a cheerleaders outfit but she got very emotional and rude with me. Will not go back again.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the food was. Crayfish queso is amazing. My husband ordered the seafood platter and brought home leftovers for 4 more meals. I had the bayou daddy and I highly recommend it. This establishment is about an hour and a half away and we are already planning our next trip just to eat here.

Christina the bartender was an excellent tender. She kept up with demand at a very busy time. The food was excellent, fries and burger were spot on. This place rocks the area. Highly recommend.
