Well waitress did not refill drinks. Manager said no need to correct her during shift. Meatloaf was burned an very dry lumpy mashed taters.

My delivery order was not only wrong but this location should have been ashamed to serve it to anyone. I worked 17 years in the food service industry and couldn’t believe it would be approved for serving. When I brought it to the managers attention she told me “that’s how it is. I can’t do anything to help you.” We left the food at the restaurant and left without our money back or even an offer to get me the right order. Sadly, the last several times we have been to ANY location of CB it’s been very low quality, going down significantly, with terrible service and we have decided we will no longer eat at any of them. The Bryant locations managers response to the meal was just the icing on the cake. Very sad! This was my favorite! I’d rather McDonald’s or Taco Bell now and that is so far from a compliment. 😬 I regret not getting any pictures but I can highly recommend NOT getting the chicken and dumplings. It was not even edible as it had been boiled for hours and was not even a chicken consistency but it was that of crumbles. I can’t even describe it.

I generally like Craker Barrel, but at this location not so much. My husband's Mac & Cheese was burnt, his okra was almost raw. The waitress didn't bring all my food out. It took several times telling my waitress before I got the rest of my food. The waitress didn't ask if we needed any refills.

I've always loved Cracker Barrel and it's easy dining atmosphere but this last visit was particularly unpleasant. This must be part of the new push to reach younger customers but the music was so loud that it was difficult to hear the waitress. My husband and I couldn't even converse. I have been to this location many times before and never had this issue but it was quite annoying.

Whole experience was sub par, everyone from the waitress to cashier could have cared less about the customers. The fried chicken was overdone , meatloaf and sides were uneatable. We actually went to KFC to get something to eat afterward.
