My last trip to this cracker barrel. I noticed something odd looking about my strawberry cheesecake french toast when I picked up my to go order. When I pointed out the dryness and missing components, he nervously fixed the missing strawberry syrup and made excuses about the other. He said, "I had to flip it over into the tray, underneath there is a bunch of the cheesecake smeared." I should have opened it up right there, but I didn't follow my gut. When I got home, there was no cheesecake or anything on my burnt, hard corner piece. It was a dry, dark brown clump of bread. The best part of it was the strawberry syrup, that I was thankful I asked for, the rest was inedible. Waste of money

Cracker Barrel food and service was lacking today. Lunch cost more than the early dinner. You get less food for more money. They are frequently out of food, but it was noon when we were told we had to wait 30 minutes for carrots! I really love the carrots so we waited and they were not good when we got them. Maybe they had to go next door to Walmart and buy them because they didn’t taste the same and it shouldn’t take 30 minutes. Their rewards program never works. They reluctantly gave me credit for a free item I clearly had in my rewards, but it took some effort on my part to convince them. They didn’t want to do it. Probably will be taking a break from Cracker Barrel awhile

I tried the Shepherds Pie for the first time at Crackers Barrel!!! Delicious!! It was cooked to perfection!!

Probably one of the best experiences we've ever had. Elizabeth was our server and she was amazing, commutative and enjoyed a good laugh. Krista wasn't even our server but made time to talk to us, talk with our baby, laugh and was just all around phenomenal. A+

Potatoes were tasteless and watered down. The okra was undercooked. The service was Soso and the website would not let me order online lunch even though it was way after 11. When called the woman I talked to about calling in order was aggravated I didn't use online even though I told her why I didn't. Will not use Bryant cracker barrel again.

I love Cracker Barrel for the food that accommodates my food allergies. I also love shopping there.

Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to garlic which is on most food choices.

Wheelchair accessibility: There were 4 of us. My paraplegic cousin in a motorized scooter and 3 of us with regular walkers.

Ate there March 13. They usually have Corned Beef meal around week of St Patrick's Day. Apparently not this year :-(

The boy just didn't know how to serve. No silverware, no menu, no straws with the drinks, had to ask for it all. Other than that everyone was nice. Food was good.

Great service and excellent food at first. Now about a year later, food quality and service has diminished. The seasoned cooks and servers have resigned or quit. Absence of professionalism and quality is obvious! Hope they can pull it together because there are great memories and reputation there

We went and bought a little Easter dress and we really like it. This place is perfect for that.

The first time we called to place an order we heard a young man speak briefly, and hang up the phone.

Called back, and got no response.
Called a third time. And got told “we are in a rush right now, how many meals is it?”

What does it matter?

I’ve never been more P’Oed off of a 2 minute phone interaction. Will take my business elsewhere where

We received no silverware, had to ask multiple times. No refills, our party of 7 received our meals at different times long delays between meals brought to our table. Ordered dinner meals asked multiple times for our biscuits and never received them. Our gift card was not applied to bill, was $25.00. We live Cracker Barrel this was not a good experience.
