Chicken fried steak was super greasy and the mashed potatoes tasted like they had been out all day. Service sucked.

My husband and I went to Cracker Barrel in Bryant last night and he ordered meat loaf. They always seem to be out of it when we eat here. The waitress didn’t say anything when he ordered so we thought he would get his meatloaf. The waitress came back and said well we’re out of something guess which one, we both said meat loaf. And we said every time we come they’re out of meatloaf. We weren’t mad or talking to her mean, just stating a fact. She put a menu down and asked if he wanted something else. He pointed at the campfire chicken and said I guess I’ll have that. Then the manager comes over and says I heard y’all are upset about the meat loaf. Then proceeded to tell us why they are always out of meatloaf. Then says but you are not going to cuss at my waitress. Nobody cussed at the waitress or was even rude to her!!! She said well that’s what she said. That is a bald face lie! I couldn’t believe this woman was saying this. Then she says and it’s going to be 30 minutes for your chicken to be done. I said we’ll just go and pay for our drinks. She said don’t worry about it. IMO both of those employees need to be fired. We won’t ever step foot in another Cracker Barrel! And probably for the past 10 years I have ordered 2 of the large family thanksgiving dinners to take home (not cheap) Will find someone else to order from. Would give a 0 if I could.

Arrived about 11:00am. Restaurant was already busy. Walked in and immediately got a table. Took a long time to get out food bus it was very good. Had their breakfast items. It was very noisy. Kids were screaming.

Had breakfast at Cracker Barrel with my brother and nephews, and let me tell you , it was everything you’d expect from a place that sells both pancakes and rocking chairs.

The food was so good, we all stopped talking mid-bite, which is the only time those boys have ever been quiet. Hashbrowns? Perfect. Biscuits? Like a buttery hug from grandma.

10/10 family bonding. Bonus points for the gift shop that somehow convinced us we needed matching toy tractors.

My last trip to this cracker barrel. I noticed something odd looking about my strawberry cheesecake french toast when I picked up my to go order. When I pointed out the dryness and missing components, he nervously fixed the missing strawberry syrup and made excuses about the other. He said, "I had to flip it over into the tray, underneath there is a bunch of the cheesecake smeared." I should have opened it up right there, but I didn't follow my gut. When I got home, there was no cheesecake or anything on my burnt, hard corner piece. It was a dry, dark brown clump of bread. The best part of it was the strawberry syrup, that I was thankful I asked for, the rest was inedible. Waste of money

Cracker Barrel food and service was lacking today. Lunch cost more than the early dinner. You get less food for more money. They are frequently out of food, but it was noon when we were told we had to wait 30 minutes for carrots! I really love the carrots so we waited and they were not good when we got them. Maybe they had to go next door to Walmart and buy them because they didn’t taste the same and it shouldn’t take 30 minutes. Their rewards program never works. They reluctantly gave me credit for a free item I clearly had in my rewards, but it took some effort on my part to convince them. They didn’t want to do it. Probably will be taking a break from Cracker Barrel awhile

I tried the Shepherds Pie for the first time at Crackers Barrel!!! Delicious!! It was cooked to perfection!!
