Except for the scrambled eggs the rest of my American Slam Breakfast was ROOM temperature when served to me. My coffee was hot. It's like my Breakfast was prepared 30 minutes before I arrived and sat on a plate without any warming prior to me placing the order. I received the SAME ROOM temperature breakfast, except the scrambled eggs and coffee, about 4 weeks ago on my last visit. Then I informed the waitress and I overheard her telling the cook. Apparently, NOTHING has changed. The waitress today was very polite, attentive, and professional as she was on my last visit.I will NEVER return here to eat their ROOM temperature food again.

We waited 30-40 minutes to finally receive our food and it was luke warm at best. Our server did not check on us during the wait to refill drinks nor after we received our food. The grapes with the kids meal were so squishy and sour. I haven't been to a Denny's in years and this experience reminded me of why. They are not busy at all and I truly don't understand what the issue was with this visit. I've wasted my money entirely by ordering this meal. And that's the worst way to feel after leaving a restaurant.

I had a medium well tbone steak, mash potatoes, and broccoli. Tbone looked and tasted steamed(tough, raw, no season), broccoli and mashed potatoes was cold like my steak. I got sick and threw up 3 times before I left this restaurant. Then the waiter charged us 30.00 over because he does not know how to use the register. We stood in there over 30 minutes trying to get him to fix our receipt. They only have one cook, who can not cook. He had no hair net on. The rest of our food was cold and nasty. Definitely will not come back here. I would have showed pictures, if I wasn't in the bathroom sick.

I went to this dennys with my fiancé and my 5 kids and they made us leave because they only serve groups of six. There’s only 7 of us two teens and 3 toddler.

Last visit there today. Never again. I ordered a Cali club. Verified with waitress they did have avocado, as this has been an issue before. I was assured there was avocado. When I received my order, no avocado on the sandwich. Instead of taking my plate back to the kitchen to prepare the sandwich properly, I was given several slices of avocado with a "you can add it to your sandwich". Bull....! No excuses. Drive on down the road.

03/20/2024 drove from hot springs with my family at 4 in the morning , says it open 24 hours so we made the trip , we wad starving before we got here as soon as we pull up we noticed lights where off & it wasn't opend . f yall

There are two employees about to walk out of here. Our food is taking forever. Employees talking about employees issues in front of customers. Very unprofessional. We ordered over medium eggs. Eggs were over cooked. Bacon was chewy.
I like Denny's. This one was the worst Denny's I've been in. They were out of French fries but still charged me the surcharge for a substitute. They were also out of pancakes. It took over an hour to get our food. You see the picture that you don't know what it is, that's chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. The cheeseburger was supposed to have mayo, lett, Tom, and onion. It had slimy lettuce and onion slices that were thicker than the burger. The picture of the lettuce was the replacement lettuce that had not been cleaned and had slime stuck to it. I will never go back. Highly do not recommend!

This Denny's is great! My only complaint is that its waitresses are completely overworked. The number of patrons there seems to overburden the kitchen staff. They even have half of the seating roped off. You will wait close to a half hour (or more) for your food. It's so good that you don't mind the wait. I really like coming here on Sundays after church.
