This location is so slow every time! They take one order at a time and will leave the drive thru backed up. Every time I’ve came here it has been at least a 30min wait whether you go in or you use the drive thru. Very rude staff that doesn’t care about its customers. Please go anywhere else! I will not be here ever again I will spend twice as much for Starbucks. Every Starbucks I’ve been to has been 100x nicer than any employee here! This location sadly needs to be closed or restaffed. If you order online for the drive thru they will insist that the next time just come in and the you will come in and they will scream at you! Please DO NOT give your money to this location!

Great service from Richard (?) this morning. He was patient and informative with four sets of customers that I saw. The food is quick and good. My sourdough sandwich had some weird, fake eggs on it. Not sure if that’s a local thing or a 2025 thing. The weird, fake eggs are not good.
Would recommend for breakfast.

No one knows how to ring up the $6 meal deal. Was told that it would be full menu price for each individual item instead of the sales price because they weren’t trained and a manager wasn’t present. Trash.

Ive only been to Dunkin twice in my life, today and yesterday. Two different locations, two different days, same drink. Both time I asked for 1 less shot of expresso. Both times my coffee got extra shots of expresso. Come on man, my coffee taste black😩

I have never seen a store this bad that totally ignores customers standing at the counter. My wait to order was over 12 minutes and I was first in line. The second persons wait was 15 or more and it took the whole line almost 30 minutes just order. The sign in the photo says friendly, fast and that never did happen with no apology either. My order was accurate. The ignored the counter to serve the drive thru. The selection of donuts was lacking, many signature donuts were missing. Coffee was just okay. If there was a manager there, it wasn’t oblivious. I asked for the owners name or manager..l that never happened.

This location has really improved! Several months ago I swore I wouldn't be back because the service was so slow and mobile orders weren't accepted. I received a gift card and tried again not expecting much. But my mobile order went through, food and coffee was ready when expected, people working are all friendly which helps too!!
