I have never seen a store this bad that totally ignores customers standing at the counter. My wait to order was over 12 minutes and I was first in line. The second persons wait was 15 or more and it took the whole line almost 30 minutes just order. The sign in the photo says friendly, fast and that never did happen with no apology either. My order was accurate. The ignored the counter to serve the drive thru. The selection of donuts was lacking, many signature donuts were missing. Coffee was just okay. If there was a manager there, it wasnât oblivious. I asked for the owners name or manager..l that never happened.

This location has really improved! Several months ago I swore I wouldn't be back because the service was so slow and mobile orders weren't accepted. I received a gift card and tried again not expecting much. But my mobile order went through, food and coffee was ready when expected, people working are all friendly which helps too!!

The only company I know that counts everything!!!?? Why is that? Yal literally count how many hashbrowns customers receive, now yal count the amount of pumps of caramel you put? I paid for extra caramel drizzle and was told . âWe normally put 4 but we o it 6â ???? Thatâs insane!!!!! Then still had the nerve to charge! Dunkin DO BETTER!

What an absolutely awful experience. Dunkinâ Donuts is one of my favorite places. I buy their coffee for my home but this is a horribly run store. I ordered donuts, sandwich meal, and coffee. I waited over 45 minutes for my sandwich and only got the sandwich. I asked several times about my order to which I was told we are slammed in the drive thru. Drive thru orders were priority so bagged food was going out in a very timely manner for drive thru but definitely not showing priority to people in the store. I was told repeatedly that they couldnât give me a time, âit will be ready when itâs ready.â This will not be a store I return to. It was a waste of a Saturday morning with my kids.

This is the best Dunkin in the entire country. I visit this location once or twice a year as we travel through and this location never disappoints. The coffee is always fresh (no matter the hour) and the service is impeccable. Well done! Keep up the great work.
The everything bagel bites I got were amazing! The lady at the drive thru window was very nice. My only problem is my breakfast sandwich was a bit burnt. It was to a point I couldnât eat it.
