Guys it's FH! How can you mess up FH. I did think the younger crew got a bit distracted, not the normal exuberance on entering or calling out meals to pick up. Oddly, the manager stepped out of the backroom and their attitude changed. I get it, they are youthful in their 20s maybe, but if I noticed others did too. Don't just show up when the boss is on the floor.
Food was excellent, foot long Italian on white extra onion. Hmmmm hmmm good and FH sauce.
Love this location always expect high level of excellence and rarely if ever disappointed.

Just wanted to give one of the best reviews I could possibly give a place. You have a kid named Julius - who every time we come in has the biggest smile and is probably one of the most gracious and family oriented looking kid you could possibly have. Weāve been in multiple times for the past year and every time we have a conversation with him - it just goes to show the quality of character that you hire. We came in this last time and there was a baby around and heās holding the baby and still cleaning. Itās an amazing place that you can tell truly values families and we love it. Thank you.

Close at nine quit by eight 30 sign off outside lights off wantanswer the phone at eight 30 says they are open till nine this makes about the 5th time this has happened to me
Disappointing experience. I ordered an online order at 6:12pm tonight to be picked up at an ETA of 6:30. I arrived at that time and checked in with the cashier and they said they were still working on the food. Sounds good, so I sit down to wait and think Iāll be there for a few more minutes. While sitting I notice thereās a bunch of teenagers working there laughing and joking around. Nothing wrong with having some fun at work but get your orders out in a timely, professional manner! Order was ready at 6:50pm. Ordered the new Thanksgiving Sub and they didnāt give me any gravy in the bag (which I paid extra for). Made it half way home by the time it was noticed. Turned around and went back to the store and was told they were out of the gravy so they offered me a bag of chips instead. I was told by the employee the only way that I would be able to get some is if another employee could āget some from his but*ā Unbelievable that that would be said at a restaurant to a customer. I will not be returning to that location. Kids run the show and itās evident. Wish I would have gotten the guys name.

The staff canāt comprehend online orders. Itās wrong. Itās sloppy. They donāt like to answer the phone. Sandwichās are NOT complicated. Train your staff.

Did I love firehouse? Yes. Was it my go to for years? Yes. Will I be back? Absolutely NOT. I did a pickup order. Really simple, hook and ladder. I now have food poisoning. I donāt know what kind of cleaning practices y'all are using, however, I am not pleased and will never be back.
