The staff can’t comprehend online orders. It’s wrong. It’s sloppy. They don’t like to answer the phone. Sandwich’s are NOT complicated. Train your staff.
Did I love firehouse? Yes. Was it my go to for years? Yes. Will I be back? Absolutely NOT.
I did a pickup order. Really simple, hook and ladder. I now have food poisoning. I don’t know what kind of cleaning practices y'all are using, however, I am not pleased and will never be back.

I can't recommend this location enough!
I was genuinely impressed by how clean the establishment was. It's refreshing to see a fast-food restaurant maintain such high standards of cleanliness.
But what truly stood out to me was the customer service! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming. I've had experiences at many fast-food places, but the service here was definitely the best I've encountered.

Ok..it would have been 5 stars all around but today I FINALLY figured out that you just should not go after lunch. Unless manager Linday and the day crew are there, they are going to mess up your $18 sandwich. They won't even try. They were making a replacement sandwich and STILL could be bothered to make it correctly. Don't waste your time or money unless it's lunch time.

Love the food. Priced about the same as everything else these days. Service was friendly but at lunch, don't be in too much of a rush. Best to call ahead with an order.

What an absolutely disgusting experience.
4 teenage boys were working and we overheard them complaining about how busy they were when we were the only people there....
We placed our order and waited about 25 minutes to receive our food. While waiting I watched as the guy making the sandwiches kept wiping his nose with his gloves on, then touching the next guys food... So glad that wasn't my food😂😂
After taking a bite of my food, I realized I had gotten the WRONG ORDER.... Took another 25 minutes to get the right sandwich. And after all that... Nearly an hour of waiting and my food was gross...
Absolutely infuriating. This has never been my experience at firehouse before.
This place needs new management.

When our family first began visiting this Firehouse, it was outstanding. Now, it's less than average. The subs which used to be heaping with meat and fixings from end to end now show much skimpier meat and the ends of the subs are empty with meat haphazardly clumped in the middle. I've had better sandwiches at Subway lately, and Jersey Mikes has been far better. Not sure if it's the Firehouse management or the staff where it's tough to get good help. Won't be going back anytime soon.

3 out of 3 last current trips let down.. Just can't get right.. Problem is we pay them to get it correct or a least act as you happy you have customers. Hate it one of my favorites.
Never can get them on the phone to place an order

Order taker was very friendly and put up with our customized sandwich request for our very pregnant wife. My sandwich was just a no bells and whistles BLT. They were training a new employee which we completely understand, everyone has got to learn. We patiently waited our turn and once it was up, the employees were very kind and apologized for the long wait.
We get back to our hotel, I get my partner set up in the bed with their sandwich, extra, extra pickles and salad. I get my husband set up with his sandwich, I get in my jammies and climb into the hotel bed anxious about my yummy sandwich. I get my pillows propped up, sit back and take a deep breath, open my sandwich container and see what I think was my sandwich. I lift it out and see it is pretty much just bread. I was very disappointed but we were all too tired to go back.
I understand training new employees can be trying, especially on a Friday night at 5:30. I really wished there was some quality control before mine was sent out. I ended up combining the bacon into just one half. It was good but NOT satisfying at all. I seriously considered running downstairs to BK and ordering a side of their bacon to add to my sandwich.
Some places are just hit and miss but let's be diligent while training to ensure consistency.
