We stopped tonight at Ihop in Bryant about 8:45pm. My wife made her order and I ordered a bowl of tomato soup and a grill cheese. Few mins later our server came back and said they don't sell grill cheese I told her we eat at IHOP often and always get a grill cheese she said yeah but the cook said she didn't feel like making a grill cheese. I asked who the cook was so i could be sure to let the manager know when I call tomorrow and let them know. Our server said the cook is the manager. I told her never mind cancel our order we would go somewhere else

Went to IHop with the family for an evening meal and was not disappointed! My kiddo got the chocolate pancakes and I had the bacon avocado eggs benedict! Hands down delicious! Our server Brenden was excellent! He made sure our drinks were always full and was very polite! I’m hooked on the eggs Benedict, so we will be back soon!

This place honestly needs to be shut down. It took a minute for my son and I to be seated. When we did get seated, I asked for coffee and the waitress came back and told me the creamer was too high on the shelf for her to get. So I waited and waited and watched her past by me numerous times until I asked her where is the creamer. She forgot. I let that go because I understand we all get busy. My food came out, I had the sampler and my son had chicken and waffles. My eggs were not hot and the cheese was not melted on top. My pancakes as I was cutting them, they were very dry as if they been sitting up, the food was cold, my hash browns were even cold. The coffee was weak. I didn’t even eat it. Just know you guys have lost a customer and I will share with everyone I can about how poor of an establishment this place is. Do better! Times are too hard for people not to provide what a customer is PAYING for. DO BETTER!

I recently went to this poor establishment in Bryant Arkansas I ordered a ham omelette and got to half of it and there was a hair in the bottom of my plate. I asked the manager a lady , to refund the meal and bring me another. She insisted that I will be charged for another omelette or they could make me half of the original omelette. When I refused this poorest offer my pancakes and drink were confiscated. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND !

Friendly staff, and although a bit pricey, you do get a lot of bang for your buck.
Parking: At the front door all the way back to commerce street. So there is sufficient parking. Plenty of handicap accessible parking as well.
