All I can say is the food was great but the service was very subpar. My server was not on the ball at all. I barely got 1 drink refill before finishing my meal and she mostly complained about being tired. I get that it can be a stressful job but the place was only moderately busy. I would probably dine here more often if they brought back the fruit syrups.

I came to this location with my boyfriend and our two friends this morning. We were excited to be here. When we were sat down we were never greeted and sat there for 40 minutes waiting to even get our drinks. All of the waiters and waitresses just stared at us as if we were an issue. We eventually got up and left. The host who guided us to our table was also on his phone, didn’t look up once when we walked past and I find that extremely unprofessional. Poorly managed, horrible staff, and terrible experience. If you want to eat, don’t come here. The workers and manager(s) here don’t know what they’re doing. NEVER coming back.

We stopped at IHOP to grab breakfast before our 5 hour trip home. The front staff was great, our waitress not so much! It took forever to get our food, it was wrong, she tried to blame it on us, when it was her fault. Complained that I asked for her to make it right, didn’t want to give us refills and the food was not the best for what it cost us to eat! Almost $60! We will not be back! This was our first and last time at this location! Definitely a waste of time and money. We left food on our plates which never happens.

Food was good. Have sensitive stomach. Had TBone steak,mashed potatoes and greenbeans with garlic bread. Delicous with no worry! Good service friendly waiter The price was not bad at all. Clean place to eat. Besides a crying baby not atmosphere not bad. I'll go back. Recommend it!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, everything about this visit was perfect — the food, the atmosphere, and especially our amazing waitress, Katrina. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right — friendly, attentive, and full of genuine kindness that made us feel completely at home.
The food was classic IHOP comfort done right: fluffy pancakes cooked to perfection, crispy bacon, golden hashbrowns, and fresh hot coffee that never ran low thanks to Katrina’s care. Every plate looked and tasted amazing, and the entire restaurant had that clean, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere that made it feel special.
This was the perfect meal and experience before heading back home to Helen, Georgia — a true reminder of why IHOP has always been a family favorite. Huge thanks to Katrina and the entire Bryant IHOP team for turning a simple breakfast into a memory worth holding onto.

The food here has been awful lately. The meat is dry and tasteless. I paid and left without complaining. There are plenty of places to go eat. I'm never coming back

You can definitely tell there has been some major changes here. My family banned this place a year or so ago. Gave it another try and the staff, food and facility were absolutely amazing! Miranda, Brenden & Kaleb were very pleasant, professiona; service was amazing, the food was fresh, delicious and hot! We will be back! 🫶🏽🙌🏾🥰

Alesha was our waitress and she was first class awesome. I understand from my sister, who frequents this IHOP more regularly than me, that the restaurant has recently changed management and it has made a big difference in the overall dining experience.
