Alesha was our waitress and she was first class awesome. I understand from my sister, who frequents this IHOP more regularly than me, that the restaurant has recently changed management and it has made a big difference in the overall dining experience.

We are ate at the one in Bryant. We were a party of 4 and seated within about 15 minutes. Food was accurate and cooked correctly. Our server was polite. We will go back to this location

My husband and I came in late one night. We had been staying in one of the nearby hotels and walked over. Caleb greeted us quickly and showed us to our seat. He was very nice, personable, and funny, answered our questions and brought us things before we even requested them, Caleb has serious psychic abilities. 😂 There was another girl, Anna (I think that was her name, please don't hate me if I'm not right) that brought out our food. She was super sweet and got us everything we needed. Our food was great, we left full and happy, every one of the employees we met smiled and said hello. All in all it was a great excellent visit.

The server that we had was 1 of the top 3 that I've ever had! He really was amazing, I felt kinda bad for him since we were 5 very loud Michigan ladies even he threw in few jokes right back at us. He was amazing. So good he got a 20.00 tip

We were in town for my husband's family reunion and are breakfast both Saturday and Sunday. Alisha was our server both days and she was awesome. The other staff was also very nice. My bonus daughter ordered the Big Steak omelet the first day and it was in fact big. Alisha advised the best omelet maker was on staff that day and she was correct. I enjoyed everything I had and so did my husband. But the best part was definitely feeling welcomed by Alisha.

The wait staff was completely confused about our order, & as a result extra food was made, while some items were not made at all. I ordered fish/chips. The fish arrived raw in the middle; so my entire plate was taken & thrown out. I could have eaten the fries, but they were thrown out too. My meal was removed from our bill, but was never re-made. I ended up going home& eating a PB&J sandwich instead!
Our sons complained of a rude waiter this morning, the boys are in college and are very respectful young men. She treated them as though they were rude, when all they were doing were enjoying breakfast. But it becomes discrimination when everyone else in the restaurant where talking aloud and enjoying thereselves but the young lady tagged our boys out. I will have no such thing, if our sons say they want to file a complaint, Me and dad will support them. My suggestion is to talk to you waiters and remind them that is a public restaurant and she needs to stop judging people and do her job. #attorney

rude workers they said at 9:55 my order was ready just needed packed up 9:30 o now it's not ready and still waiting and no way to cancel the order ....it was only 2 kids meals oh and the manger was super rude also..... trying blame me for them not having the food ready........ my family will not be back to the bryant location
