In the past, their food has been great. Tonight, I looked up their menu before calling in an order and driving all the way to Bryant. The online menu had what I wanted listed at $17.99. I get to the register and the price had jumped to $34 and some change. Either update your online menu or have the order takers let people know prices upon ordering. It put the lady at the register in an unfair spot having to explain someone else's failure to update the menu. This was very disappointing.

The fish and frys were absolutely DELICIOUS!! Wow I can't tell you how long it's been since I had a good catfish dinner. This place is amazing!!

Out of several places to choose from I decided on this place. Ugh... It was freezing inside, there were only 4 people eating in the entire restaurant and I should have taken it as a sign but I drove 20 miles to there. Ordered the 3 meat combo plate with potato salad and beans. All three meats tasted like a dirty rag, there was no BBQ or smoke flavor and I only took 4 bites. It was terrible and I spent 20 dollars. The only good thing was my root beer. I think they've given up. Restaurant was empty for a BBQ place and that speaks volumes. I will never waste my money here again.

If I could give this place a zero star I would ordered the fish dinner tonight with a co worker the fish appeared to have been fried in old grease simply disgusting . I will never order from this place again don’t recommend
Great customer service. Very clean establishment. Food presented well, fresh and hot w sweet tea being awesome! Catfish cooked and seasoned perfectly. Ribs cooked well and the fried okra was on point.
Will return to try burger!

I called Jordan's BBQ in Bryant and had a very disappointing experience. I asked the manager, Chris, if the meat I was served was brisket, and he couldn’t give me a clear answer. Instead of checking with the kitchen or someone who might know, he just kept repeating himself and refused to find out what type of meat it actually was. It’s very concerning that a manager wouldn’t know or be willing to confirm what’s being served to customers. Definitely not the level of service or transparency I expect from a BBQ restaurant.

Not the most pleasant experience. We were greeted (if you’d call it that) by someone who clearly didn’t want to be there. Food was just not that good. BBQ was pulverized into mulch and had no real flavor. I drowned it in sauce but that couldn’t save it. Didn’t like the slaw. The beans were really good, but I’m guessing they were just Busch’s. The Cajun fries were pretty good, but their ranch tasted like it was poured from a bottle.
