My wife and I ordered through the app, and quickly pulled up to the speaker since no one was in line, or pulling in to line.
After letting them know our name “ that’s not ready yet you will have to pull to the front”
Okay, fair enough you know. It was cold I guess they wanted to walk it out at that point.
We wait maybe 10-15 minutes after that. Mind you no one has came through since, we go to pull off and a nice lady started to come outside with our order
I don’t mind the wait, I understand.
However my order was A 4 chicken strip meal with a fry A nugget with a fry, And a side order of mash potatoes and gravy.
I got MAD AMOUNTS OF MASH POTATOES. I didn’t even get a fork to eat them…
No fries.. my wife tried to call they answered, hung up, and the phone has been off/busy since 11PM. It was even ring now. No help..
kind crappy. Not much open late anymore, and we have much love for KFC. Maybe on a different crew, or a different shift. Don’t go anywhere towards close is my best advice!
And hope you like mash potatoes!

The worst! I waited to get my food in the drive through for quite a while. When I get back home I realize that my order is incorrect. They left out some of the food. I called and they said I could come back to get the correct food that I ordered. When I pulled back up at the window they told me it would be 20 minute wait because they had to cook the chicken. Like what were they doing while I drove all the way back down there? I asked if I could just get a refund and she said with my receipt and the food I was given then they would refund. Like they did not know that I had just bought the food here. I just spoke with her and she knew what my order was and acknowledged they left something out. What a joke! The owner really needs to get a handle on the workers here because a week ago I went in to eat inside and it took almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter to acknowledge we were even there. I tried again tonight but never ever again!

The service was good when we went in. The cashier was nice. We got our food quickly. When we sat down we noticed that a lot of the tables were dirty and had like scraps on there you know and we had to wipe our own table off. The ones that were clean are wiped off they were streaky like not really cleaned it just kind of wiped out so I decided to go up and tell somebody and I waited at the register for a few minutes and finally a young girl came a long hair and I said she said did you want to order something I said no I just wanted to let you know that the tables were dirty and she looked at me like I was crazy and said okay and then she walked away. He went and talk to somebody at the window that worked there then she walked went and talked to the lady that checked us out that was in the office and then after we left and went to the car she went out and started wiping the tables. We weren't impressed.

We stopped at this location because they had a $5 Big Box with Chicken strips and were told, despite the giant stickers on 3 of the windows, that they didn't sell them? Boooo, hissss to not having what you are advertising on your store and T.V. commercials.

I wanted to dine in but it was filthy no tables were cleaned the floor was so sticky it could take your shoes off. The bathroom was not clean the trash was running over and look like it had been there for weeks.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwhich and a famous bowl. To go. The bun on the sandwich was so soggy it just sluffed off the chicken and there were so nuggets in the famous bowl. The lady at the window was nice..
Not this one! Honestly the worst KFC I've been to. The people behind the counter were courteous and quick. But there were 3 tables in the whole place clean and I had to wipe both of our chairs. The floors were wet and sticky. My wife's chicken was fine, but mine was undercooked and I couldn't finish. The men's bathroom smelled so bad I nearly lost it in the time it took me to wash my hands and leave.

Typically my husband and I enjoy KFC but we did not enjoy this location. We dined in after 9pm and when we asked for freshly cooked chicken we learned that the fryers were already turned off, even though the sign said open until 12am. The nuggets were mostly breading with very little chicken meat and was dried out and hard. Coleslaw was more dressing than actual cabbage. Chicken leg and thigh were dried out and overcooked. Side of mashed potatoes and gravy was more gravy than potatoes and was barely lukewarm. Only drinking water available in the dining room and behind the counter was carbonated from the soda fountains. The dried out biscuit was the best part of the meal. Very disappointed in the taste and quality of our entire meal.

Back to Popeyes, lesson learned. Had a large order and when we got home, realized two sides missing and in the ten piece bucket of legs and thighs had three legs, two thighs, three wings (I think) and a black hard piece of something (unrecognizable,what ever it was). The twenty piece bucket was typical kfc greasy chicken and the box of tenders were OK except the ranch dip I ask for omitted. I guess somethings never change.

Came in and the lady taking my order either didn't listen to my order or didn't know how to ring it up as she took my order three times. The order came out with the wrong drink and no sauces. I can excuse all that but then I found a hair on my fries. I will not be eating here again
