I'm at work until 1015pm every night. My dad loves their pot pies... He's a veteran bedridden can't walk. So when I get off I always call to see if they have any left well last few times I've called and nobody will answer phone at this Bryant location ever anymore....it bites BCSE I can't get my dad to eat anything but ramen noodles or oatmeal so when I can this location will not pick up phone they are open til midnight it says....

Food was hot but what happened to the flavor. Had to add seasonings to make chicken taste better, nevee had to do that before. When did y'all loose the herbs and spices. You should bring them back.

Come on y'all. Its not hard. You were perfectly able to charge me for my entire order, but you just couldn't actually give me my entire order. Cole slaw...paid EXTRA for it, but didn't not get it and now way to far away to turn around. Admittedly, my bad for not checking, but still. And man, when you're craving kfc and those delicious biscuits and you get home with a crappy box of STALE dinner rolls, well gosh! No wonder kfc is shutting down all over place.

I didn't buy anything I stopped because last October 22nd 2024 I stopped in and asked about the sign that says buffet I was told there is no longer a buffet they haven't had a buffet in years I asked why is the sign still up That's kind of like a bait and switch I was told well we haven't got around to taking it down yet it is now September weeks away from a year and the sign is still up Bear in mind they update the specials on the sign every week makes you wonder The old bait and switch you once you get in the store you like oh well no buffet I guess I'll buy something smh

They turn their fryers off two hours before closing and whatever is cooked is what they will sell after 9p. Gross and disgusting. Manager said this as though it was ok but hurriedly swiped the card with no remorse even though we asked for fresh food. Never again

We arrived at this KFC right at noon. The restaurant was beyond filthy! Food on the floors, dirty tables and everything in there was disgusting. We ended up leaving and throwing out our food. I can’t believe that the health department doesn’t have this place closed down for unsanitary conditions!!

They got our order wrong and gave us an entire wrong order we were just passing through and unfortunately did not think we needed to check because how could you mistake french fries for mashed potatoes and some gross desserts. I know it sounds Petty and it is its first world problems but just leaving a review because that was our experience at this particular location. We simply wanted french fries and instead we got none and we got an order that we didn't order

The cashier was rushing us when we were literally the only people in there. Constantly trying to upsell my boyfriend on his food after he politely declined multiple times. The food was old and nasty. His chicken was burnt and dry, and my chicken sandwich was dry and almost inedible, my fries were dry and crunchy to the point I gave up. On top of that, the employees were being loud and cussing like nobody’s business the whole entire time we were in the establishment. $22 on gross food and shotty customer service. We won’t ever be back.
One of the best KFC'S I have been to in years. The staff were great and the food outstanding. Kudos!

I went here early part of the day to get something to eat which went ok I went back later that night for another family that wanted something to eat the guy with the long dark hair that’s in a ponytail yes ponytail says man I saw your name 3-4 times today I said naw more like twice which I wouldn’t care if you saw me 20 times because of people like myself is why you got a pay check something you have to look over people and not curse them out

Check your family 8 piece family dinner this is the third time I’ve gotten all the way home and discovered all dark meat on a Thursday night . They pack everything on top making it hard to open it and check to make sure you don’t get screwed. Very clever they are! So I paid this price for all dark meat and cold to boot

The manager was very rude to me and my mother in law. We ordered food and she didn't ring up our order properly. I asked for chicken and waffles, the lady never asked me what kind of chicken I wanted with the chicken and waffles. This was my first time ordering the chicken waffles. We're waiting on the food and she said she never rung it up because we never said what chicken we wanted. I didn't know we had to be specific. She never asked. She was very rude from the beginning to the end.
