They got our order wrong and gave us an entire wrong order we were just passing through and unfortunately did not think we needed to check because how could you mistake french fries for mashed potatoes and some gross desserts. I know it sounds Petty and it is its first world problems but just leaving a review because that was our experience at this particular location. We simply wanted french fries and instead we got none and we got an order that we didn't order

The cashier was rushing us when we were literally the only people in there. Constantly trying to upsell my boyfriend on his food after he politely declined multiple times. The food was old and nasty. His chicken was burnt and dry, and my chicken sandwich was dry and almost inedible, my fries were dry and crunchy to the point I gave up. On top of that, the employees were being loud and cussing like nobody’s business the whole entire time we were in the establishment. $22 on gross food and shotty customer service. We won’t ever be back.

I went here early part of the day to get something to eat which went ok I went back later that night for another family that wanted something to eat the guy with the long dark hair that’s in a ponytail yes ponytail says man I saw your name 3-4 times today I said naw more like twice which I wouldn’t care if you saw me 20 times because of people like myself is why you got a pay check something you have to look over people and not curse them out

Check your family 8 piece family dinner this is the third time I’ve gotten all the way home and discovered all dark meat on a Thursday night . They pack everything on top making it hard to open it and check to make sure you don’t get screwed. Very clever they are! So I paid this price for all dark meat and cold to boot

The manager was very rude to me and my mother in law. We ordered food and she didn't ring up our order properly. I asked for chicken and waffles, the lady never asked me what kind of chicken I wanted with the chicken and waffles. This was my first time ordering the chicken waffles. We're waiting on the food and she said she never rung it up because we never said what chicken we wanted. I didn't know we had to be specific. She never asked. She was very rude from the beginning to the end.

The absolute worse staff! Literally can wait 15mins on a order and the first time you ask about it you get nothing but attitude. Then they'll take their time just to be petty. Never dealt with so many unprofessional people at one establishment

They didn’t have any drinks but water and tea yet I’m paying for a combo with a drink. They didn’t ask which sauces I wanted and never gave me the two sauces that come with my combo. The staff was rude and condescending and rushed me through so they wouldn’t have to actually do their job. Will never be back to this kfc I’ll drive down to Benton. Horrible experience

My wife and I ordered through the app, and quickly pulled up to the speaker since no one was in line, or pulling in to line.
After letting them know our name “ that’s not ready yet you will have to pull to the front”
Okay, fair enough you know. It was cold I guess they wanted to walk it out at that point.
We wait maybe 10-15 minutes after that. Mind you no one has came through since, we go to pull off and a nice lady started to come outside with our order
I don’t mind the wait, I understand.
However my order was A 4 chicken strip meal with a fry A nugget with a fry, And a side order of mash potatoes and gravy.
I got MAD AMOUNTS OF MASH POTATOES. I didn’t even get a fork to eat them…
No fries.. my wife tried to call they answered, hung up, and the phone has been off/busy since 11PM. It was even ring now. No help..
kind crappy. Not much open late anymore, and we have much love for KFC. Maybe on a different crew, or a different shift. Don’t go anywhere towards close is my best advice!
And hope you like mash potatoes!
Kind feels like they dumped they end of the day leftovers onto us..

The worst! I waited to get my food in the drive through for quite a while. When I get back home I realize that my order is incorrect. They left out some of the food. I called and they said I could come back to get the correct food that I ordered. When I pulled back up at the window they told me it would be 20 minute wait because they had to cook the chicken. Like what were they doing while I drove all the way back down there? I asked if I could just get a refund and she said with my receipt and the food I was given then they would refund. Like they did not know that I had just bought the food here. I just spoke with her and she knew what my order was and acknowledged they left something out. What a joke! The owner really needs to get a handle on the workers here because a week ago I went in to eat inside and it took almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter to acknowledge we were even there. I tried again tonight but never ever again!
