This experience was HORRIBLE! Did not cut the pizza whatsoever, undercooked pizza, took over 15 more minutes than said it would take to be done. Im extremely disappointed in this experience with this restaurant. I do NOT recommend ordering from here please choose otherwise.

My pizza was over cooked. I called and talked to the manager who was very rude and unprofessional. I told the that my pizza was overcooked, and they argued with me that's the way they look. I've been getting pizza from them a long time and its never been to my dissatisfaction. But I didn't have time to go back and forward with her, because if I say that my pizza is over cooked, then who are you to argue with me the paying customer. I ended up getting my money back. I will never go to the one on Reynolds again. I'm always giving good compliments to those who deserve them. Very unacceptable!!!!

Dude 4th time I’ve been here each time I try to give them a chance it’s been over a 30 minute wait for a plain cheese and a plain pepperoni I’ve gotten mad enough I’ve had my money refunded the last 2 times after 30 minutes this time I walked in after 40 minutes to cancel and it was finally ready I’m done I’m never going back plus the attitudes on top of it

If I could, I will give this place a negative star. I called the pizza place in Bryant Ar and I wanted to let them know that my pizza was over cooked. The manager was very rude and she and her employees started laughing when I said I wanted a refund and she stated to me “ma’am we are doing you a favor”. There’s no way you’re doing me a favor and I’m spending my hard earn money here. The girl in the back just kept laughing and the manager said nothing. I will never visit this place again and the pizza was very over cooked and it looked as if someone returned it, and they just stuck it back in the warmer and gave it out.

So this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait 30-40 minutes just for some god dang cheese bread. They weren’t busy at all whatsoever. I’m outside freezing cause my heater is barely working and the weather is getting bad outside and my pregnant wife is craving cheese bread. It shouldn’t take that long at all for one order of cheese bread. Management needs to step up and stop slacking off once a new store has been opened for a bit, and stay consistent with how they were when they first opened up. Do something about your store and your workers.
