Worst steaks I've ever had from a restaurant, tough and stringy, flavor was okish and well done means brown through and through, wish I'd seen some of the videos posted here of people sawing on theirs!Baked potato was undercooked and I didn't cook it so there should have been no foil to remove but it was still wrapped, that tells me you knew it left that way, sad.Baked sweet potato was good.Fries were good.Rolls were good.Garden salad was good.

Where do I start. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Mrs.Rachel & her staff. This past Sunday, February 25,2024 my family of 7 decided to go out to eat .Before going to Logan’s on Sunday. We tried a different restaurant. We stood there over 8 minutes, & NO ONE GREETED US. I’m so GLAD we decided to come to Logan’s. From the time we walked in, until the time we walked out. They treated us like FAMILY!! Everything was AMAZING. Thanks again for EVERYTHING. We will be back ??

Out of lemons, coffee, tri-tip filet, and half chickens... sad! Server was nonchalant about everything. Not apologetic at all.. not a good experience.UPDATE 4 YEARS LATER: We've gone from two stars to one star. This place honks bobo. Out of 8 orders, 4 came out wrong, and almost all of them were cooked incorrectly or just gross. The "roadies" literally had a teaspoon sized beef patty, the rice bed under the "Mesquite Smoked Salmon" was hard and crunchy, and the broccoli with the steaks was cold and mushy. I ordered a NY Strip and Grilled Shrimp Combo, and never received the grilled shrimp. One of us ordered a ribeye and instead received a T-Bone. We sent it back and requested a ribeye. After 30 mins, we decided it'd be better off to call it off and go home. Will not be back.

I asked the host to check on my togo order and the manager came out and raised her voice and said “WE ARE BUSY” and some other ugliness. Rachel was her name. Very unprofessional, and unneeded. I ordered steak mashed taters and broccoli. Why does it take u 1hr 15 min for this? youre a steakhouse??? Dont be rude and ugly to customers when they have an issue with waiting for a simple order. Bad bad Rachel!!!!!!!

I don’t often post reviews, but this was terrible. I got “The Logan” and it tasted like chemicals, was tough, and was cooked medium well (I ordered rare).
I was in the restaurant last night and heard a man on the phone literally yelling. I asked if that happened often and I was told that this man was a manager (Dustin) and that is was a normal occurrence for him to yell or berate the employees. I find that this is a terrible thing for a person to do and it destroyed the atmosphere for my meal with my family. I truly feel he may need more training as he does not seem to be a responsible human being much less an effective manager. Doubt we will go back at this point. This was at the Fayetteville, Arkansas location.Parking: Fayetteville Arkansas

It was really really good. I got a chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes a salad. My husband got the baby back ribs. Everything was the best. But we had a gift card. Our waitress was just as sweet & good.

Ordered through Door Dash, Twisted Tenders! Couldn't find this location for the life of me until I figured out it was inside Logan‘s roadhouse. Apparently this is one of their ghost restaurant concepts.start with the food absolutely delicious. The chicken tenders were crunchy and perfectly battered on the outside. The inside was juicy and tender and very tasty. I got the sauces, blue cheese and honey mustard and they were absolutely amazing. I did not order the barbecue sauce because it was five dollars on the app , but when I got to the restaurant they gave me some for free and they absolutely assured me it’s not supposed to be five dollars so if you want barbecue sauce and you see that it’s five dollars wait till you get there don’t pay more than $.75 for the sauce.Service was outstanding. I met Gary the bartender while waiting for my food, as well as the kitchen manager, who came out and talked to me about the sauces and the chicken tenders. They were closing down, yet they talk to me, laughed with me and were very personable great people.atmosphere was great it’s Logan‘s roadhouse. Everybody loves it and again they were closing but I didn’t feel like they were closing. I still got the attention.

The Logan's in my hometown did away with the Kickin' Chicken salad, so I was delighted to see it on the menu at the Bryant location. And our waitress, Wincie, brought extra dressing just like I asked for. She was attentive, sweet and efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here because of her!! From what I could observe she is a very hard worker and Logan's is lucky to have her.

This was our first time here and our waitress was wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming, plus she made excellent recommendations. I had the kickin' chicken salad and he had a steak, baked potato and beans. Both entrees were excellent and steak was rare as requested, plus those hot rolls and butter! We'll return because there's so much more we want to try.
