Ordered some pizzas for delivery. Received an email that the pizzas were delivered but they weren’t at the door. Called the store and was told the owner was out delivering pizzas but mine were still at the store. They asked if I wanted the owner to call me when he got back from deliveries. I still haven’t heard back from the owner and don’t have my pizzas or a refund.

Disappointed. Placed an order at 11, was told 20 minutes for pickup. Got there 30 minutes later and they had not even started to make the order. They said they had been busy, but there were no pizzas in the oven and no one else in the store. We cancelled the order. No manager in store.

I was visting my mother from Texas and convinced her to try pizza from Marco's instead of her regular spot. I was disappointed with the scarce toppings bc the Marco's in Texas always deliver a pizza with ample toppings. Our pizza was tasty but not enough toppings so we added toppings at home.

The service was great and timely. The location was very clean and inviting.

Every time I have ordered from here my food has been hot and tasty. The last time that I ordered, I ran into a problem but I made one phone call and the problem was quickly solved.

Plop GOBLIN

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and a cinawhatever. Wrong sauce on one pizza. Neither pizza was well done. neither of the pizzas was light sauce. And this was the kicker for me - Jalapeño ranch cup, ranch cup and ranch dressing all 3 on my receipt. I inspected the boxes for the ranch cups and only saw one so I asked for it after I paid and the dude got all cranky about it.

Horrible customer service the employees are super rude and I watch a young woman smoke her vape in that store and she didn’t even watch her hands afterwards I will never be coming back to that store

Enjoyed the freshness of the veggies on our deluxe pizza.. the sausage and pepperoni were fresh as well. For the cost of 2 large pizzas, a small pizza, and the cheesy breadsticks it was worth it to feed an army. Thank you for a new pizza experience.. we will be back!

This was one of my favorite fast paced pizza places in the area, until recently. I placed an order online, and selected to pay in store.The online order and my receipt both showed a total for $9.88.I look on my bank app the next day, and was charged $23.88.So I reach out to the manager the following day, and explain the issue. He says “oh, it looks like you left a $14 tip online”.Excuse me? I absolutely did not.That isn’t even a preselected tip amount.So he asked if I would like for it to be refunded, and that he would give my info to his district manager who would be in later that day. He also mentioned that the refund would be issued within 48hours.A week later, still no refund.Be careful paying by card if you do decide to eat here.

I hope this location only hires LD individuals. THEY screwed up my order and blamed ME for the inconvenience……. I understand it’s minimum wage, but when I’m paying good money for a product, or service, I want what I paid for.I just noticed the owner reads these. I would love to give you a call, (or meet), and explain my experience, if you want to stay in business, I would listen.
