After a few years, you forget why you stopped eating somewhere. I love a deli sandwich, so I tried McAllister's again. The line moved super slowly, but finally ordered. Sat down at a booth where someone had spilled something, so that was gross. Finally got my club sandwich that I asked for no honey mustard, and of course it had honey mustard. I nicely asked a lady if they could fix it and It came back pretty quickly. I took a look and it was clear they just wiped the meat off (with what?) and stuck some new bread on it. No thanks, I won't be back.

Totally disappointed the last time my husband and I dined ín at McAlister's in Alcola/Bryant, AR. Hub's order of chili tasted awful, My chicken club sandwich was small and the bacon was tough and tasted fake. The so called fresh fruit was nasty tasting! We ordered, 2 teas, 1 chicken club sandwich, (4 cheese) grilled cheese sandwich they make with buns, a small paper bowl of chili and 1 small fruit bowl for $38.00! We will not be going back!

My husband went in to get me a bowl of soup and a sandwich for himself. Service was not great, food also not great. The restaurant was filthy and only one girl was scurrying about trying to get things done. Our order sat in the window for awhile before he caught the girls attention to get it for him.
Great experience, but one whole side of the dinning room was blocked off that was not a good thing. If I go back and it's blocked off again I will not return. I do not appreciate being herded together like cattle.
