One would think order accuracy is top priority, but no not at this location. I can't count how many times there are items missing from the order. They don't seem to care. Sad, really.

Each person we interacted with was friendly, so there’s something to be said for that. From 1 car behind the one ordering up to the window, it took 35 minutes to get there. Then, we were handed the wrong food and drinks. When I handed it back, they couldn’t find our order and the receipt we were handed at the first window was not legible because the printer ink was going out. The guy stayed calm but asked our order several times so he could relay it to the kitchen and, ultimately, we left with our order. There was just nothing fast about this food.

I paid for an order through the app. The cashier and manager stated they could not pull it up in their system. Instead of providing assistance the manager said I had to go through the app to resolve the issue and theres nothing they could do. They could see on my app that I placed the order and the order details were there but they could pull it up. I had to leave with no food and no refund. Customer service was very helpful and they are refunding the money. I asked the manager for his name twice and stated so I had someone to refer to who could verify the situation. He refused to give me his name. I was not loud or belligerent and expressed im not trying to get frustrated, but im expected to leave with no food and no money. He stated theres nothing he could do

I’ve gotten doordash from here multiple times. And EVERY. TIME. They have forgotten items in my order. Just recently they mixed up orders and gave me part of someone else’s.

The Bryant location is very focused on customers using the kiosks to order inside. I order via the app and have rarely had to wait, only when I ordered too close to the store.
Staff are courteous and quick to help if you are near the front counter. Orders are separated which helps keep confusion down. Mobile orders are placed by the register while delivery orders are in a separate area.
Current construction (mid 2025) makes getting in and out a little harder - you cannot make use of side roads and alternative routes at the moment.

Greeted at the door, new interior, flower decorations on the tables, very clean restrooms. Great service & friendly crew...Samaria brought food & drinks to the table and checked on us with a smile multiple times & took trash away & brought a to-go bag. This Made Our Day...will definitely return...Thank You Samaria.
