Dine in is normally consistent, drive through they either mess up the order or don't give you enough straws (or ANY napkins). Food varies from standard to overcooked/old. You know you're taking a gamble with a fast food mcdonalds, they're faster than wendy's and less quality than cfa.

We ordered in the app, parked in a curbside spot and still waited 30 minutes for our food. When I went inside there were already other people upset and yelling at the cashiers so I think it's more of a problem with not having enough staff

I wish McDonald's had a larger selection of side items. There should be a side salad or something that you can choose as a side even Jell-O or something with a shelf life because I never eat cold fries and wish the company would provide more options as sides. Other than that McDonald's is always consistent with the food for the most part. The fries are fresh 99% of the time but get cold before I get home to eat them which is why I wish there were other things as side...
