4 of the machines were not working when i came in today. i’ve come about 3 times total in the last couple of months and its like this every time. the topping counter is always dirty and again, lots of them were missing. when i went to get a flavor that was there, it was of course empty. ended up getting a flavor i didn’t really want and didn’t enjoy it that much.

The yogurt is normally great, but all of the flavors I liked were empty. When I brought it up to the cashier, she offered no remedy for the issue. I ended up having to select undesirable flavors.

The turbulent state of my emotional discord after the Icuris level descent my soul experienced upon arriving at this facility of the sweet variety. Only to find that it was unable to be accessed over an hour before the posted and promised time of operation. Alas, my ancestors warned me the swindles of expectation. Little did I know such a lesson would be taught by such a humble dessert.

I was feeling desperate for some Menchie’s after delivering ice cream for others. When I arrived it was literally one minute before closing and they still let me in and they were still really nice to me too. Thank you all at Menchie’s for being so nice to me and allowing me to get my foyo fix last minute. You’re the best!
It’s was completely clean, the staff were so nice, and the frozen yogurt was amazing like always.
