hello my name is Angela and I was dining with friends when I witnessed the manager behave in a manner that felt unprofessional and inappropriate. He appeared to single out and humiliate one of the young women working there, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable for everyone present. Regardless of the quality of the food, management behavior like this is unacceptable and negatively impacts the overall experience.

I asked for guacamole 3 times and never got it. By the time my burrito was already folded and they realized they didn’t put it on there I was just like forget it. I had to ask for the queso that comes with my meal twice at the register. The guy at the register wasn’t rude but he was definitely not friendly. I think they were training a girl but honestly I feel bad for her because it didn’t seem like she was being trained well. My biggest complaint is that most of the tables were not cleaned off and the floor def needed to be swept. C’mon Moes 🙄

Moe’s catered the food for an event my workplace held at Geyer Springs First Baptist Church. My experience throughout the process and talking to Sandy was easy, pleasant, and very kind and she helped me make last minute changes to the number of guests. The food was great and delivered on time. The deliverer was also so nice and set up the food wonderfully! We got compliments on how good the food was. Highly recommend! Thank you, Moe’s!
We order 5 meals. The food was spoiled, the salsa bar lacking. The person while was not rude he was not friendly. Smallest meals we ever had. The place was filthy( besides the bathroom it was clean). We are all hoping at this point we will deal with food poisoning. We are not planning on being back. 100% not impressed.

For a fast casual restaurant, these guys really take the time and effort to explain things to you, including what the different sauces taste like so you really get a good sense. They go well beyond the bare minimum. They welcome you and make you feel at home.
