I went to this location on Saturday and received terrible service. I went through the drive-thru and when I get to the speaker box to order no one answered me and then when they finally did answer I couldn’t understand anything she was saying. I went around to the window and the girl said I’m sorry my headset is messed up. I told her no worries I understand. I told the young lady I wanted to order 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup. She goes back to her computer and talking back and forth with co-workers and comes back and asks me again what I wanted to order. I repeated myself and said 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup. She comes back 5 minutes later and ask if I have rewards, I tell her no. She shuts the window and comes back not 5 minutes later and ask the same question again. I said ma’am I just said no. She still has not asked for payment. She then proceeds to ask me for my name for the order, I tell her. She finally takes my payment after 20 minutes later. Which was $28 and some change! I continue to wait in the drive thru while the employees are just playing with their hair and gossiping back and forth. I even thought to myself they need some training and a manger on duty, but then I see the manager and he is just as the same as the employees and he’s doing nothing as well. After about another 15 minutes the girl comes back to the window and ask what was the name on my order and what did I order again?!? I was so over it at this point. I was not feeling well and just wanted some soup or I would have just left! I tell the girl once more what I ordered. They finally give me my food after another 10 minutes went by. I looked in the bag to see if my soup was in there and I see 2 pieces of bread cut off and just thrown in the bag. I said whatever and drove home. I get home to eat and one bowl had a few bites of actual food, the other bowl literally only had 1 carrot and 1 noodle, the rest was broth!! No joke!! My husband thought I had eaten already bc there was nothing but broth!! I was in disbelief and mad at this point. I just said forget it! This location needs some training in customer service and how to properly handle there customers in a timely manner. If your out of soup just say that and don’t serve broth and make someone pay $28 for broth!

We used to eat at Panera fairly often a few years ago, as it was the only place around to get a good salad. Wow, has quality taken a nosedive. The lettuce was wilty, and mostly stems. Really felt like a ripoff for a $10 half salad. They tried to give us someone's old tea sitting on the pickup shelf, when I saw the girl fill up ours (with my name) and take it to the prep area. I guess we're done with panera.

Worst experience ever. I’m not making this up even though it sounds like I am. I waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes before I finally made it to the window and paid. Once I paid I waited another 10 minutes, which made it a total of 1 hour. I finally got so mad I told them to refund my money. I made it home and realized that they didn’t really give me a refund. I called them and they told me that I had to bring my card in to get a refund. Wasted an hour and half of my day messing with these clowns.

Whoever did the Grand Opening decorations: Adorable!! Absolutely set the tone for a great weekend :) I went through the drive-thru Friday night at 7pm and Christopher was very nice and helpful, there was very little wait time, my food was good! Happy you're here, Panera!
