HORRIBLE location. They have fired all of their delivery drivers and switched to DoorDash. Waited an hour for two pizzas, DoorDash messaged me and said Papa John’s told them they never received my order, so called Papa John’s, they said I had to call DoorDash to cancel my order, then DoorDash had to call them to cancel the order, then I again had to call Papa John’s back to initiate a refund. While on the phone I asked what happened and he explained it was all DoorDash’s fault bc they had told them it would be a few more minutes in the oven and the door dasher just didn’t want to wait and he left and never returned. So, I asked the MANAGER what they did with my order since it was supposedly in the oven, he said, “I don’t know, probably split among the employees.” So unprofessional. Will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered pickup and the Indian lady who took our order, which I now know is sold overseas to take our order sent us to the wrong location, after learning this we went to the right location and addressed this matter with a snotty young jerk who didn’t care and said he can’t do anything for us, after getting home after the 45 min run around, pizza was cold and dried, let me again address the Manager didn’t care what so ever, and took him away from Vaping outside which probably irritated him

The pizza was HORRIBLE! It was 99.9% cheese, very little pepperoni and no sauce. It has no taste. I called and ordered it over the phone. We live about 18 min away. The person that took my order said they would be ready in 7 to10 min. They didn't even start making the pizzas until we arrived to pick them up. We will not be back. I told her several times what I wanted. She just didn't get it.

Me and my family used to love eating at this Papa john location in bryant but last night experience just caused you guys to lose a customer. we order 2 large pizzas and a order of wings. The food made us very sick

What a joke. Eta said 50 mins. Once 50 mins was up, got a notice it was another 50 mins. Called to check what was happening, got the run around, and then got hung up on while I was talking to the person. Don't waste your time with this location.

I ordered two pizzas online to be ready at 5:30 pm so they would be hot for the 6pm dinner with friends. I don't know when my pizzas were made, but they were not fresh and they were room temperature. Also when I arrived I was told that it would be another 5 minutes and after about 5 minutes another employee handed me the pizzas that were sitting in plain site the whole time. Thanks for reading.
Just passing through town, had pizza delivered to hotel. Pizza was great, exceeded any other papa John's I have had in quite some time. Delivery was prompt and Delivery Driver was polite to and customer focused

We had the worst experience at this location ever last night, we have been here many times and everything has always been great but last night wasn’t that way at all our pizza had a bunch of banana pepper stems on it not even attached to a pepper so they were put on the pizza instead of the peppers by the prep cook and not much sauce either so pizza was very bland and the cheese sticks were very disappointing as well hardly any cheese very thin crust. We probably won’t go back to this one and try benton next time I have pictures but not sure how to add them on here.

Can someone tell me how this not so much of a banana pepper was allowed to be put in this box and delivered to me??? It looks like someone took a bite off of it before putting it in the box. What about quality control people??? My local Papa John’s should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this!!!
