I came in with a large group asking, kiddingly, for an affordable meal. The manager went out of his way to help us decide and gave us a discount! Chicken was hot and fresh.

This is now the third time my meal has been prepared incorrectly, and while I usually let small mistakes go, the way this most recent situation was handled has compelled me to speak up.

I ordered a 12-piece 50/50 mix of regular and spicy chicken. Instead, I received 12 pieces of spicy chicken—a significant error, especially since my order was clearly placed as a mix. When I called to address the issue, I was told I would need to return 8 spicy pieces before being given the 8 regular pieces I originally paid for.

This request is unreasonable for several reasons:

The meal had already been touched and shared with my family by the time we realized the mistake.
I was inconvenienced due to an error I did not make.
Instead of correcting the issue in good faith, I was asked to go out of my way and return food, which is both impractical and poor customer service.
At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with how repeat mistakes and basic service recovery are being handled. I expect better from an establishment I’ve continued to support despite prior issues.

WOW is all I have to say! This location is really struggling with reading comprehension. Took 45mins for them to figure out a basic online order. Cashier at the front counter does not know how to read numbers or work the register to pull up an order. She tried to hand me the wrong order 3 times. When I corrected her she got an attitude with me. I will not be returning to this location EVER.

Ordered trips. Took about 15 minutes to fetch my order. They did forget my fries and I had to make a return trip to get the rest of my order.

Came through the drive through in the pouring rain and had to repeat the order 4 times. They switched whoever it was on the headset and then peeked out of the back door instead of taking our order. Sounded like employees were joking around and horse-playing. We decided to go to elsewhere due to the horrible customer service.

First we couldn’t understand the person talking our order. Then they got the order wrong we were shorted our fries with our meal and the size was wrong. Of course we paid for the stuff we asked for we just didn’t receive it. Last time I go to this location.

The crew here is improving. Even during the impending weather yesterday when most places had already closed the team at this Popeyes was still open. The hit on atmosphere was the not so subtle waiting on us to clear out, but not the worst I've experienced.
