I didn' use the app to order because I wanted to use a gift card I had and not my bank card. I didnt know they scan your phone for points so I hand them the visa gift card and then they said they would scan my phone, and proceeded to charge me on the app instead of use the card I handed them. I clearly didn't want to pay on the phone. This scooter's is incompetent.

Almost every time we go to scooters Bryant, or the Benton locations our order is almost always wrong. We order the PeanutButter crunch blender and is never the same. we order both on the app and at the store with the same results.
