When husband called, the girl who answered the phone told hom they were out of Mac and cheese AND mushrooms. 2nd time burned from this restaurant, WILL NOT BE BACK.

Spent $60 on a 12 piece and a large fry, they waited until they brought the food out to tell us there were no condiments. No salt or seasoning on the half-cooked fries. The person at the register finally offered to bring out ketchup when they sensed my boyfriend was about to get involved. The fish was good, but so is the catfish at three other places within three miles of this place, and they all have AC PLUS TARTAR SAUCE!!

They didn't have what I wanted. So I subbed out for something else. They let me pay 25 bucks plus for a dinner. Then told me they didnt have enough of what I subbed out for and asked me to pick another thing. They were nice but they arent getting a second chance either, I wont be back.

I would support this business 2-3 times a week because my kids love it so much!!! The way I was treated when they messed up on my order was very unprofessional and rude. He argued with me about what I ordered. Sir why would I order something I’m allergic to!!!!! He continued to say what the ticket said and it was my order. He didn’t want to give me money back. After I gave the cashier my ticket number, she looked it up and said yes we did get her order wrong and she did not order that item. It wasn’t until then, he said with a very nasty attitude, just give her her money back!!!!! No problem sir you don’t have to worry about my money again!!!!!!!!!

Food was good and hot, but the main thing I was impressed with was the very sweet lady working the front. This was my first time trying Sharks and she was patient and so nice. I am not great at remembering names but remember her saying MIA because that was at the end of her name. She provided excellent customer service.
