I would support this business 2-3 times a week because my kids love it so much!!! The way I was treated when they messed up on my order was very unprofessional and rude. He argued with me about what I ordered. Sir why would I order something I’m allergic to!!!!! He continued to say what the ticket said and it was my order. He didn’t want to give me money back. After I gave the cashier my ticket number, she looked it up and said yes we did get her order wrong and she did not order that item. It wasn’t until then, he said with a very nasty attitude, just give her her money back!!!!! No problem sir you don’t have to worry about my money again!!!!!!!!!

Food was good and hot, but the main thing I was impressed with was the very sweet lady working the front. This was my first time trying Sharks and she was patient and so nice. I am not great at remembering names but remember her saying MIA because that was at the end of her name. She provided excellent customer service.

Tried this place for the first time today. Was very disappointed! I got the chose two deal. My catfish was delicious and cooked perfect. But my wings (which weren’t tossed), okra and hush puppies were so hard and overcooked I couldn’t eat them! $18 wasted!! ☹️

I’m not the type to leave a review especially for bad service! This has by far been the worst experience in 10+ yrs of me eating at any sharks. I order a 9 half wing meal on my break. Which I was told would be 10 mins it took me 15 mins to get there leaving me with 15 mins to make it back to work, but I still had to wait another 15 mins to get my food when there was only one other person in there? I asked for my wings to be crispy and they were actually undercooked. Then they had the worst taste even the hot sauce tasted weird I couldn’t eat nothing but the fry’s and barley that because they were mushy. I am very livid that I wasted my break getting this and I tried to call the store and got no answer at all. I would like my food remade but I’m almost scared of that. Update: I finally got them on the phone and Ms.Tamia is the sweetest she’s getting it taken care of and kindly apologized

This was my first visit. Small, quaint dining area. It was fairly clean. We ordered the lunch special at the walk-up counter. The lady at the counter seemed very disinterested & was sitting on a stool enthralled with her phone. $7.49 for 1 catfish fillet & 2 sides. An extra fillet is $3.50. Upgrade on sides was $1.50 for okra and $1 for corn nuggets. Fountain drink was $1.99. The soda in the fountain was flat and watery. Lunch for 1 with tax was $17.03. The wait was a little long considering we were the only 2 people in the restaurant. All our food was really hot and fresh though. Excellent flavor! Just very small portions and any extras too expensive. The slaw was runny. Expected hush puppies for bread, but got a slice of plain white bread instead. ? All the ketchup bottles on the table were really dirty & squished to empty. The bathroom needed tending to. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be back.
I order 6 - 1/2 wing plate. W/ fries and Mac. Didn’t want sides, but there’s only a plate option.
The wings are tiny. I don’t even care to make reviews but this was truly unacceptable. I would definitely look into getting the large 1st & 2nd joint wings over the smalls from PFG. Will definitely skip going here for wings in the future.

Quite possibly the best chicken wings I have ever eaten! Sauce was perfect and the texture was amazing. Perfect hush puppies and okra as well. Definitely try this place out if you haven’t yet! ?
