This store advertises a win from a TV show and the VIEW talk show. I found the product I paid for to be vey disappointing and not representing TV winning products. I ordered and paid for my cake more than a month out, and when I went to pick it up I had to wait 20 mins as they were still working on it. The presentation was not a good look at all, it appeared to be a cheap look with cut out decor. I provided a detailed representation hard copy and email of what I wanted. I questioned it all and was told the person I ordered it from should have explained to me what they could and could not do. I kept the cake in a cool atmosphere as told. As I cut into the cake it fell apart……I was not impressed, disappointed and so glad I had back up cakes and cupcakes.

I called at 1:30 PM the day before a major holiday and the came through with a triple layer white cake with white buttercream frosting and flowers and piped border. I picked it up 30 min before close! Hand delivered to my car. I had a question shoot the care of my cake since today is reveal/🎂🍰🍥/cutting of the cake! More reviews later

Ever since this new person has taken over the service has gone down.. for years they have recognized Cinco De Mayo with 2 themes cupcakes .. they said that they are no long to do them because of the new owner .. and then they have gone up on the prices .. trying to stay a loyal customer is very hard..

I have been a long time customer of small cakes they are always nice & friendly. I called on 04/18/24 to order a spider man birthday cake for my son. I went over colors & designs through text with the young lady who took my order my cake was supposed to be ready for 04/22/24 at 11:30am how ever they called me on 04/22/24 at 11:21am to inform me that the printer was messing up & she had to wait for her supervisor to bring another printer to print the image & the new pick time would be around 1:00pm which I said was fine. I get there later on to pick up the cake & it was horrible the cake looked uneven it wasn’t smoothed out the icing was not covered all the way just a complete mess it looked like my 10 year old could have made it hisself. His birthday was completely ruined thanks small cakes but no thanks for $65 dollars I’m good.
