I called at 1:30 PM the day before a major holiday and the came through with a triple layer white cake with white buttercream frosting and flowers and piped border. I picked it up 30 min before close! Hand delivered to my car. I had a question shoot the care of my cake since today is reveal/🎂🍰🍥/cutting of the cake! More reviews later

A cute little rainbow was hidden at the very top of my cupcake! It was super cute. We always order cupcakes and come in often to get ice cream on Saturdays. It’s a great place.

Ever since this new person has taken over the service has gone down.. for years they have recognized Cinco De Mayo with 2 themes cupcakes .. they said that they are no long to do them because of the new owner .. and then they have gone up on the prices .. trying to stay a loyal customer is very hard..

I have been a long time customer of small cakes they are always nice & friendly. I called on 04/18/24 to order a spider man birthday cake for my son. I went over colors & designs through text with the young lady who took my order my cake was supposed to be ready for 04/22/24 at 11:30am how ever they called me on 04/22/24 at 11:21am to inform me that the printer was messing up & she had to wait for her supervisor to bring another printer to print the image & the new pick time would be around 1:00pm which I said was fine. I get there later on to pick up the cake & it was horrible the cake looked uneven it wasn’t smoothed out the icing was not covered all the way just a complete mess it looked like my 10 year old could have made it hisself. His birthday was completely ruined thanks small cakes but no thanks for $65 dollars I’m good.

Family went to enjoy Ice cream and cupcakes. First want to start of by saying the customer service was amazing, nice people and happy to help. Cupcakes were fine but ice cream was horrible, birthday cake ice cream tasted freezer burnt and was not enjoyable. Wedding cake ice cream had a strong flavor of extract. 2/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The food and service were fantastic! The person who scooped our ice cream gave me a bit of a look of disappointment when I didn't tip. If you work in an ice cream shop, you scoop ice cream. That's all you did. I'm not tipping you 25% for that.
