Family went to enjoy Ice cream and cupcakes. First want to start of by saying the customer service was amazing, nice people and happy to help. Cupcakes were fine but ice cream was horrible, birthday cake ice cream tasted freezer burnt and was not enjoyable. Wedding cake ice cream had a strong flavor of extract. 2/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Went there for my first time today and it was sooooo good!!! All their unique flavors really make them stand out, and all the options for customization so that you get exactly what you want was super nice! The workers were very friendly and gave us a little intro to the place when we first walked in; it’s almost like they knew we hadn’t been there before. And that shows that they care about their customers! My only downside is it was super expensive, so it’s going to be a rare treat for me.

Stop by to look for anything with coconut. They only had ice cream but stated they could make me something but it would take 2 days. Unfortunately today was my birthday and I wanted something now. Instead I got 1 each of their cake pops. The lady was very nice and after entering my phone number, I was eligible for a 10% discount the next time I stopped by.

The food and service were fantastic! The person who scooped our ice cream gave me a bit of a look of disappointment when I didn't tip. If you work in an ice cream shop, you scoop ice cream. That's all you did. I'm not tipping you 25% for that.

Absolutely the best. My husband and I took our kids here for an after school treat. The staff was amazing...the cupcakes and ice cream were even better. Will definitely go back and recommend to everyone!!!

Placed an order to be ready on sautéed ay they didn’t have it ready. I said I would be there before 1 pm on Sunday and has to wait on my order. For the amount I spent on this order this should have never happened. 1/10 recommend
