I was getting my usual drink and the lady working behind the counter making drinks was scaring me. She was freaking out and said “Anthony, i’m about to throw up” and proceeds to freak out and say “I hate this I’m going to freak”. And she was rushing the drinks. She would spill the milk everywhere and then proceed to rush the drinks, putting too much whip cream, or too little, and would spill drinks. Many of the customers in this place were concerned.

The girl at the register didn’t say one word to me besides “what do you want”, then i proceed to order the simplest drink to make … there was maybe a pinkie length of liquid in my cup before she filled the rest up with ice. also i was charged for almond milk (because it’s what i ordered) and i watched her put 2% in my drink. $6 for maybe 5 sips of my drink. Go to dutch bros and save yourself some money.

Rudely corrected by barista
I dont like to give bad review but this is terrible service I had . I come to the store to get coffees almost everyday bc it is close to my house . Today I just ask a little extra half and half bc the girl don’t make it like the way I ordered( it is too sweet) . The store manager told her to charge me extra $4.45 same as I can buy 500 ml half & half at the store ???. It is not about money, but it is about customer service . I fly many states in US, I tried many Starbucks , but I never had any experience to be charge for asking little milk ( 2 ml milk ). Bc someone can make it right and someone make it too sweet( different hand pressure for the pump ) I wouldn’t ask extra milk . Instead I can ask them remake new one for me, it would be cost more for them. However, our Alcoa rd Starbucks manager is the cheapest and greedy to make their store look bad in customer service way !

The Starbucks in Target is always really great about keeping what's on their menu, so that's great! Wonderful frappuccinos as well!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but…This location (not the Target one) is ALWAYS busy, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. They do work hard, but they are not very friendly. I had a mobile order this morning, walked in to receive my two drinks, and only got one of them. I mentioned to the lady up front that I should have one more drink & and was told “I don’t know where it is.” Okay, sure, she may not have known, but I feel as if she could have at least checked for the paying customer or given a better response. This isn’t my first negative experience at this particular location, either. I’m not sure I’ll ever visit this one again.

The Starbucks inside target. Order was wrong twice. We were second in line and was pretty long behind us especially for two workers which I understand. After the person before us got their drink the worker put my husbands out. The lady that was after us took our order and left. About 8 customers after us all got their drinks so I confronted the worker and asked her if the drink on the counter was the double shot Frappuccino which it wasn’t. They started our order for that drink and forgot our second drink which was another frap. So more customers were getting their drinks while I waited. I don’t want to be treated special but I figured we would have our drinks made before the new people since we were there so long. The lady also made two tall espressos no one ordered in between the chaos that they threw away. Maybe they should read the tickets better or do the drinks in order. Sorry
My daughter just waited over 20 min for a water and another 10 for her coffee inside while the drive through filled and emptied three times and inside they served people who got there after her. I questioned the manager, who was very rude and basically said they were working as fast as they could (even though the ONE barista taking and making orders on the drive through was literally running circles around them). They had five employees and one of them is three times faster than the others?? She handed me a gift card (which I didn’t ask for or want) and walked away.
