I started going to this Subway last fall for the convenience since my job is around the corner. The first time I ordered it, my stomach started hurting so bad that I immediately went home after my shift and had to cancel my plans. I wondered why my stomach hurt since this had never happened at another subway, but thought nothing of it. I ate my leftovers the next day and sure enough my stomach hurt again but not as bad as the day before.
Fast forward to a few months ago, I ordered from here again. And guess what? My stomach started hurting AGAIN!
I went recently about a week ago on my break and for the third time my stomach hurt. I started complaining to my coworker about how I was feeling and she agreed that only the Alcoa Rd subway has ever made her feel that way.
I'm starting to believe there is an issue with possible contamination, and I would think I'm the only one who has this issue since I don't hear anyone else talking about it, but a lot of my coworkers agree that their stomach hurts after eating at this one. I started going to the Hwy 5 subway (although I stopped going there due to roaches flying off of the counter, but to be fair it looks like its cleaner now) and it's a lot better.
I give two stars for the service because it's really iffy. On one of my visits, the lady wasn't very friendly. Sometimes they're nice and sometimes they hate their job which I don't blame them.
I hope they can resolve this issue so that I can go there again, but until then I just can't support this store.

If i could rate this place a 0 for customer service I would. Rosy is a total sweetheart and has proper service adequate super nice and friendly person. The other lady thats here on the other hand cant say the same for her she has no patience and gets irritable easily. If she didnt want to assist to work then she can go home simple as that.

Awful service not helpful at all I ordered on the app it went to the wrong store the manager told me they couldn't give me a refund it's not their policy because the sandwich was already made but my aunt said it wasn't ready yet and she wouldn't give me the number to corporate the manager awful service I will be deleting the app won't use it again and I will not go to Subway again I ordered food and didn't even get it because they couldn't transfer it over or give me a refund because it's not their policy remember that when you go to order it's not their policy to give you a refund and I could not get a hold of corporate either and the manager would not give me the number
There is a very rude, skinny attendant. If she is not having a good day, it is not the customers' fault.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Subway location in Fall River for years and have never experienced issues until my last four visits. Unfortunately, the current staff creates a consistently unwelcoming environment, as reflected in many other reviews I've recently come across.
I place my orders online to avoid any miscommunication, yet my instructions are not followed. On multiple occasions, I requested my sandwich to be cut into three pieces, which was ignored. Additionally, the staff has made rude comments about the number of condiments I selected for my order. If there were limitations on the app, Subway would restrict them, so criticizing a customer’s preferences feels both unprofessional and unnecessary.
To make matters worse, when ingredients are unavailable, I am not informed at the time of pick-up, leaving me with incomplete orders. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the product I’ve ordered without judgment or attitude. It’s disappointing to see this location decline in service quality, hiring staff who seem disinterested in providing a positive guest experience.
I truly hope management takes the feedback from the community seriously and works to improve the service at this location.

Every single time I go in this location specifically the lady at the front that asks me what kind of bread and cheese I want and if I want it toasted is a complete pain in the rear. I go in a couple times a week and its always the same two girls up there and the one that cashes me out isnt the worst but the other is completely horrible. She absalutely hates her job and takes it out on the customers. It was me and one other stranger yesterday and she was so rude slamming stuff around that me and the guy just stood there staring at each other laughing. It has been every single time for the last couple of months now and she needs to get her attitude in check especially working in the food business.

The redhead child needs to find another job where shes not in customer service, I'm very hard of hearing and she rudely lost patience seconds into my order and walked off telling her coworker to "handle this".

Ordered a meatball sub and there's a ton of lettuce all over and inside the sub. Probably from the employee not cleaning their gloves off after making a previous sandwich. Really gross.

I went in there and was ordering the BMT which is pepperoni and salami and ham so the lady (coworker or manager) I said no pepperoni please and she said you have to get that on there I said no I just came over here one day ago and I didn’t have to get that, she was very rude and nasty and wouldn’t take my coupon either so don’t go to that subway very bad service!!!!!! Will not return

I called and asked if they still sold party platters (not listed on the website). The guy told me to call back in 25 minutes and he would let me know how much. 25 minutes?? I could go and buy the stuff for subs and make my own.
