Cloud 9 is my favorite E-Sports team and my mom surprised me with a cloud 9 cake from here! The cake taste amazing! Not dry! One of the best birthday cakes I’ve had! Definitely will order from them again!

I went today for my birthday to get some cupcakes. A gentleman was there. I greeted him first. I asked him a few questions, but no small talk or conversation just answered the questions. I got home and tried all the cupcakes I purchased, and they were very dry and tasted a few days old. They were definitely not fresh. I also stopped their competitors down the road. I was much more satisfied with their moist, fresh cupcakes. Husband came home from work and tried both cupcakes and agreed that SugarDumplin's tasted a few days old and a bit dry. I wish I had a better experience for my birthday cupcakes, but at least I know for next time.

Always friendly folks. I have a severe hearing deficit and they remember, for the most part, to look at me and speak a little louder when talking to me. Very rarely do I have to remind them. It's just something little, but I appreciate that. Good customer service.
