My wife picked up 10 regular tacos and there was almost nothing in them. By nothing not only barely any meat, they didnt even put any lettuce or cheese. They didn't give any sauces she asked for so she went back to get it. This was just sad.

Usually my food is inedible when I get it from the bryant location. I keep going back because it’s so close and I do love the Taco Bell from time to time…... Tonight my food was the best it’s been in 5+ years. Good enough to leave a review! 🥳

Living close by my son sometimes requests TB for lunch/dinner. Today my wife and I went through the drive thru ordering (2) chicken quesadillas, (1) cheese quesadilla without creamy jalapeño sauce and double cheese. In addition we also had (2) beef soft tacos and (1) cheesy fiesta potato. My wife specifically requested that the potato’s be made fresh as this particular restaurant tends to not like to keep the potatoes fresh..I’m assuming the potatoes are cooked and placed into a warmer until they’re sold. I have also been told some time ago that the potatoes are only to be kept for a certain period of time in the warmer. My frustration in bothering to write this lengthy review is rooted in that this has happened the last 4 or 5 times that we have purchased meals there and the fiesta potatoes are very good, IF the potatoes are actually somewhat fresh. When they aren’t, similar to the last several times of our visits, they (the potatoes) are dried and shriveled, taste burnt, and almost metallic. Lastly, the double cheese quesadilla had less cheese than the chicken quesadillas we ordered. Now that we’ve spent 30$ On meals, 10$ of which was wasted, the potatoes were not fit to eat, the double cheese quesadilla had almost a slice of cheese. Beyond frustrated and I am left wondering, do managers or employees not have standards or expectations and if so, why are they not being adhered to?
To be fair, I’ve eaten at many different franchises across the state as I travel for work and sometimes TB is the only place open; many times even these TB’s have the same problems with their potatoes. This is just a bit more frustrating when several years ago our TB here on Reynolds Rd, in Bryant used to be excellent. Sadly we cannot say that any longer. My advice to other individuals looking for a good meal is to take the extra while and make your own food, at least at the supermarket the food is fresh and you can be sure you’re getting what you’re paying for.

Store manager is rude and has zero respect for customers. She is the bigger older lady that is at drive thru window. Went to get food sat in drive thru for 10 seconds told me to hurry because a car just pulled up behind me. She was very rude when I paid. Called the store to ask to speak to store manager she was laughing and hung up.. I called back asked for store manager she laughed and hung up AGAIN. crap service zero respect for customers.

I feel crowded because the seating area is small. The food and service is great.
Made a pickup order for my mother to pick up since I am recovering from Cancer and unable to drive. She did not know she needed to stop at the speaker before the window for pickup. The Manager Alex or Alice proceeded to yell and berate my mother over this, then when I called to get the name, the manager told me she didn't, but she was the one to address it with her. Which was a complete lie as I could clearly hear her screaming as I was on a phone call with my mother at the time. Management is willing to berate customers and then lie when confronted. They also didn't get half the order correct which I feel was intentional to "show her a lesson". I will be reaching out to corporate over this.

Placed a mobile order, lady on the speaker was super friendly and sweet when I pulled around to the window I didn’t any form of greeting just drinks handed out the window then a bag of food. I went to check the bag for all my sauces because they’ve forgotten them before and I paid for extra sauce lady then opened the window and said I needed to pull off everything was in the bag very rudely. There was nobody behind me so it wasn’t like I was holding them up. (They forgot my extra sauce I paid for)

Came through the drive threw and sat in the drive threw for 6 min waiting on someone to respond. I drove up to the front and there is 3 people in the window and not one person showed interest that I was trying to order and the black lady at the window with glasses was rude and refused to take my order. I live in Bryant but after this out right unprofessional trash behavior, we drove to the taco bell in benton. This happened at 10:26pm on 12/10/24

The food was not right- asked for no tomatoes and def had tomatoes. Chalupa had barely any meat. and while I was waiting for our order, noticed one of the workers texting on his phone with his gloves on. He then returned to work touching food and did not wash hands or change gloves. 🤢
