I loved the Pollo Monterrey when I first ordered it. The last three times the portions got smaller. Today I received a child's portion. Very thin slices of chicken and no mushrooms. This is unacceptable. I won't be back.

Waitresses poured cheese dip on my 3 year old fresh out the back and just smiles real big and says I’m so sorry and giggles about it well my son has red marks on his neck shoulder and hand asked to speak with manager and he doesn’t do anything but retake our order after the waitress rolls her eyes and walks off I’m by far happy about this experience

This place is kind of out of the way in a sense. Location aside, the food has been great, all three times I've been there.
I've had the enchilada dinner, Pollo Monterey, and brisket quesadillas. The chicken dish was great. Lots of cheese, peppers, mushrooms, etc. I would definitely recommend it. The brisket quesadillas were much better than I expected, too.
Some of the waitstaff, shall I say, "No hablan Ingles bien," but some appear to communicate OK. Either way, they're capable and stay on top of things.
I would definitely recommended checking it out if you want some good tasting food.

Greeted and seated quickly. Cheese dip and salsa some of the best I have had. We ordered off the lunch menu and could only eat about half. Honestly best Mexican food I have had in an extremely long time and we eat it weekly. Definitely will be back.

The food is always tasty and fresh. I tend to make my own creations and the staff never bats an eye at my preferences. Their add-ons are cheap and they give large portions of them. They have the best salsa, queso blanco, and pico I've ever had.
I purchase their salsa by the gallon (if you need more convincing).
Vegetarian options: There's not a large selection but each option tastes amazing.
Parking: There's parking around the entire building.
Kid-friendliness: The portions are large and my kids have always said theymir food is so good. My son, who is now an adult, says he still craves their chicken strips because they're so good.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps at each entrance.
It is an incline to get from your car to the ramps, however.
