Biggest issue is they don’t allow anything as simple as “leave off the bacon” on doordash orders. While I don’t expect preferential treatment, they take themselves squarely out of the realm of possibilities for people suffering from alpha-gal. Other than that, way overhyped and overpriced.

The pictures I post really speak for themselves. We ordered Togo. One melt came perfect, the hot mess meltdown. Two turkey melts that we paid extra for avocado, never got the avocado. Fries were good though. Ordered the treat yourself melt. It's pictured as two pieces of pound cake with a strawberry cheesecake filling. We got a frozen slice of cheesecake with strawberry stains in between two slices of pound cake. And then an extra ran down tin of a slice of cheesecake with mushy strawberries in a syrup that we didn't order.

There was not enough meat on my sandwich to make 1/4 of a sandwich! 3/4 of it was only melted cheese. And i paid extra for door dash, very disappointed.

Just No. Ordered through Doordash. Sandwich was not toasted nor was the cheese melted. It looks like they slapped a couple of pieces of cheese on some already cool meat and placed it between two slices of cold bread. If I could give it zero stats, I would.
