I LOVED the açaí bowl!!! This was my first experience at. Tropical Smoothie. We got the sunrise sunset, the açaí bowl, and the jerk chicken wrap. It was soooo good. The wrap was a little spicy, but I couldn’t stay away. My friend that brought me said the whole vibe is better than she’s used to. Maybe they have new management? Anyway, WONDERFUL FOOD. Thanks to my friend treating me, because I WILL be back!!!

It’s the first time in about 3 months that I’ve been here, the last time I came service was terrible with a long wait and staff that acted like they didn’t care. I came back today and I just want to say that there is definitely a shift in staff and cleanliness in the store. It was so clean in there that I could smell the cleanliness! Staff was happy and attentive, food came out quickly. I dont know what youve done but it’s 100 percent better!! Will definitely be my go to again.

This is the worst Tropical Smoothie location I have ever been to. The workers are unprofessional, lazy, and just plain rude. The smoothies are watery. They are always out of açaí bowls, peanut butter, Nutella, fruit.. pretty much everything on the menu each time I visit. This location needs to be shut down permanently. The owner/manager clearly doesn’t care about their business.

First let me say that I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. So, why the 2 star rating? Well that is because whomever owns or manages this particular location is inept. The past two times I have visited they have “been out of peanut butter” and more that once they have been out of their cappuccino powder. It’s not like either of these items have a short shelf life, so that means either they are really running out on the regular, which means whomever is in charge of ordering is not able to do their job properly or the employees just don’t want to make the shakes, which means their management skills are lacking. Also, locking the lobby doors well before you close (at least 1 hour and 15 minutes last night) is not good practice. I usually don’t put businesses in blast for this, but once I drive to a location more than once in a couple of weeks, and they don’t have what I specifically drove there for, then all bets are off. If they have what you want, it is usually pretty good.

We have placed orders 3x this month where they take our money and then tell you they are out of the items. Then to get a refund it takes 3-5 days. Update your app and inventory. This is terrible.
Update: went back 6/16 at 10:15 was told no acai bowls. Will take an hour before they can scoop or have anything ready.

WOW. Spent $16 on two smoothies and it was like drinking dirty toilet water. Will NEVER go back there
Used the mobile app right before getting to the drive through and I guess that’s a big no no. “Your order came in 20 seconds ago, but I guess you can pull around.” Handed us our bowls and didn’t say a word. I wonder how stressful it must be when someone actually places their order AT the drive through without even a 20 second heads up. I’ll make sure to place my order earlier at the next TSC.

Order a chicken bacon ranch with pepper jack no tomato. Came in to have it fixed and checked again while in building and it still was incorrect and they gave it to me dry no ranch/ sauce. So I just took my food and left because after the first time it shouldn’t have been wrong I communicated nicely and respectful.

Apparently healthy food is not for me. Blueberry Bliss smoothie was disappointing but Bahama Momma was rather good! Turkey/Bacon sandwich not a do over for me! Maybe the problem was due to the ill mood of the staff....some serious tension in the place! Maybe they were getting robbed and I was totally clueless!
