Everyone in there Looks so annoyed the service was terrible. The food is good but it doesn’t make up for the attitude from the people working Food Line and drive-through I understand that we all have bad days, but that shouldn’t affect your work performance and this is coming from someone who has only ever worked in food service!

Like no one in this store smiles. They all look like they are zombies and hate their jobs. The girl at drive thru (light skinned with braids or twists) was straight face and maybe said 2 words. The boy on a smoothie line (white with brown hair) handed me my drink through drive thru looking mad as hell I said Thank you and he didn't say word he just shut the window. The boy on the food line ( black with twists) handed us our food, also straight-faced and looked mad, before we could say anything basically threw the food out and shut the window. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ending on a positive note. The food was good.

Went today and besides waiting for 25 minutes, my daughter got a burnt quesadilla and a rotten banana. Unfortunately we were at home when we opened our food. I also got my smoothie wrong. I ordered a peanut paradise and got a peanut butter cup.

I went thru the drive thru today and in between the wait time and the terrible food im very disappointed. First we had to wait almost 25 minutes, and the I ordered a peanut paradise and got a peanut butter cup.. I didn’t said anything because I did not wanted to wait more. We get home and my daughter’s quesadilla was BURNT and her banana was rotten.

I LOVED the açaí bowl!!! This was my first experience at. Tropical Smoothie. We got the sunrise sunset, the açaí bowl, and the jerk chicken wrap. It was soooo good. The wrap was a little spicy, but I couldn’t stay away. My friend that brought me said the whole vibe is better than she’s used to. Maybe they have new management? Anyway, WONDERFUL FOOD. Thanks to my friend treating me, because I WILL be back!!!

It’s the first time in about 3 months that I’ve been here, the last time I came service was terrible with a long wait and staff that acted like they didn’t care. I came back today and I just want to say that there is definitely a shift in staff and cleanliness in the store. It was so clean in there that I could smell the cleanliness! Staff was happy and attentive, food came out quickly. I dont know what youve done but it’s 100 percent better!! Will definitely be my go to again.

This is the worst Tropical Smoothie location I have ever been to. The workers are unprofessional, lazy, and just plain rude. The smoothies are watery. They are always out of açaí bowls, peanut butter, Nutella, fruit.. pretty much everything on the menu each time I visit. This location needs to be shut down permanently. The owner/manager clearly doesn’t care about their business.
