First time coming here. We waited 10 minutes after being seated for someone to ask if we've been waited yet. They took our drink order then. Ordered the Spicy Stix, BBQ Boneless wings and a Large half pepperoni half Italian sasuage pizza. Everything was absolutely tasteless! Spicy Stix had no 'spice' at all. Tasted like low fat mozzarella slapped on bland bread. The boneless chicken wings had burnt spots and the taste was not good. The pizza was the worst of all. I felt like I was eating cardboard with cheese. Absolutely no taste to the crust, the sauce was undetectable and there was a grease pull floating on top of the pizza. It was a absolute disgrace! Totinos pizza at Walmart and gas station pizza is like a 5 star pizza compared to this. So I guess if you want to remember what its like to have covid again when you lose your taste, come on down to US Pizza. What a joke. We'll never be back.

I have been to this location twice in the last 3 months, and after trying to give it a second chance it was still horrible. The food is great, but the fact that my family and I had to wait 10 minutes and eventually walk out because no one wanted to speak to us or even let us order our drinks is ridiculous. If you look at the wait staff you will see one or two actually working and the rest is a bunch of teenagers standing around near the kitchen just talking and laughing. Why you can’t send some straight over to greet your customers is absurd to me. Will not plan on going back to this location again solely because of service.

I hate to give it a one star because I love US Pizza. We thought after our son's game that hey this will be a great place. Host was friendly but no kids menus. We sat down took over 5 minutes for our serve to greet us and get our drinks. We finally got to order, got two sets of stuffy sticks and said we would love for these to come out as apps she said okay. Ordered our pizzas and salad. One pizza and the kids pizza comes out. Then the 2 sets of stuffy sticks, and then the other 2 pizzas. Stuffy sticks didn't have their marinara, so we asked for it she said okay and walked off and got a broom to start sweeping. We asked her again and she said she forgot. The manager came out to talk with us and clearly didn't care that there was an issue.

Stopped here with the family for some after football pizza. 730 pm. Server was confused off the get go. Took us 40 minutes to get 2 orders of stuffy sticks. Cold when we got em. Got 1 of our 3 pizzas and then 7 minutes later our other two. Stuffy sticks app came put 2 minutes later. No marinara sauce. Ask for it. Server goes to the back starts weeping. Get up, and ask again. She said omg I forgot. Brought then out. Ask for manager after got kids fed. This lady that came out gave me every excuse under the sun that her empty dinning room could hear. Took off the apps and said have a good night. Im still angry. Don't go here these people dont care.

Super slow, rude service, employees stand around. Although the cooks were doing their job. Pizza is not very good Hide Away Puzza much better. My sandwich was burnt. The waitress notices when she put it on the table but I don't send things back because I've watched that movie Waiting. Bathroom was gross and not clean. Trying to pay was hard. They drop the tag off and just walked off tries paying at counter and they couldn't do it. Finally the manager took it. Waitress didn't off refills. And we don't usually do reviews but my husband asked me too and I knew it wasn't good. 1st time since we moved to Arkansas we weren't greeted right away at the door. Just overall the worst service we have had and we are from California where everyone is rude.

We come here probably 2-4 times per month and service is always a little hit and miss. Today was a new level of miss: 12 mins for water, 44 mins for food which included cold nachos that upon request, manager removed and server visited table 2 x in an hour. They currently seem to have a management issue. Will update my review after my next visit, if anything seems to change. They do have a very nice patio, which we enjoy. Be interesting to see if management responds to my review. Looks like they respond to positive ones, ignore the poor ones.

We were told 20 mins ago our server would be out to our table and no one has came. We just had to call in a To go order to get service. Update: the host also had an attitude when i told her very nicely we haven’t been served drinks even for now 30 mins.
Cooks did not have on gloves. Touching the pizza. Our pizza was burned. The pizza came out before the appetizer and the bread sticks were horrible. My first and last time visiting that location.

The environment alone here at this US Pizza is worth going. They have plenty of good things on the menu. The food seems to not be as good when you get it delivered but that is with any place. The service has always been just good enough. Never exceptional, but never a problem either.

These people have the best salads, bar none!!! I order take out at least one or two times a month. Staff is always friendly and helpful even during crunch time. Matthew has never failed to make good on the rare “oops”. Never disappointed! Good work team
