Asked for a biggie bag double stack without onion 🧅, but instead I got a Jr Cheeseburger 🍔. I tried calling them back 3 times and the phone just kept ringing. Paid for my food and asked for extra ice in a cup and cashier Dejuan just handed it out without a lid on it. I don’t know what going on with drive thru service, but this is totally unacceptable. Host name is Jimena, store #00002323, and order #3100. I’m allergic to onion 🧅, but got the wrong sandwich 🥪 and it had onions 🧅 on it.

In the three occasions I came to this location, I waited in the drive thru for a minimum of 8mins and a max of 21mins. The lobby is closed and there's 4people staffed? What's going on

Bathrooms were dirty, food was cold and took forever to get out. Floors were slick, yet somehow still not clean. My grandma nearly fell with her cane because of it. Spoke to the manager about our concerns and she didn’t seem to care in the slightest. Worst experience ever.

waited in the line for about 20 minutes for a 5 dollar order, the cashier was rude and didn’t smile and took my card rudely, the smell of weed flooded the inside (the workers clearly seem high) after another 6 minute wait i finally got my food, the fries cold and barely filled up , the nuggets barely warm and my burger horribly done, i didn’t even get what i wanted on it, i went inside to complain and proceeded to see a cockroach, i left and i’m not coming back.

We ordered ahead on the app. There were 2 cars ahead of us when we pulled up in the drive-thru. It took 15 minutes to get to the window. The burgers were thrown together. The meat was hanging half-way off of 3 of the 4 burgers. The nuggets were cold. I did not go in so I do not know the atmosphere
I've spent a long time in many drive thru lanes but never the amount I have here. Almost everytime I go through the line never moves and I spend anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes but today was closer to 30 minutes. My roommate was with me and she decided to go inside instead but apparently there were only 3 employees in the store. Clearly not enough. When I finally got to the window the lady was kind enough to give us our drink but offered no service. No ETA on the food, no apology for the line nothing. I don't need someone to do those things but they would've helped smooth things over. I'd like to say this is an isolated incident but it is how this Wendy's usually operates. Don't go here unless they've undergone serious management change.

This particular location is in shambles! In need of better store management every time I went I say to myself it may be a better than last time lol but no it's the same! to the point where i just go somewhere else!! I actually love the food it's just the incomplete staff! Please take notes from other locations that are actually preforming well!
