Went into Wendys Saturday morning to get something to eat. Walked into the dining area and waited 15 minutes. The entire time NO ONE acknowledged the fact of me standing there waiting. There were 3 people I could see. One was a manager ( I guess). After 15 minutes, decided to leave. How can one restaurant be so blind and just don't care. When we left, I knocked on the door and they still had no idea that they had paying customers in the dining area wanting to eat. I cant rate something I never got but as far as the employees go, they were unprofessionally dressed and had a I don't care attitude. I wont be back. This place doesn't even deserve a one star but google wont let you post unless you put a star.

Hard to rate the food since everyone on the clock was around the drive through window. Employee's just looked over at the front counter but never acknowledged that anyone was standing there.
Definitely not a way to run a fast food restaurant because it was not fast at all. Had to leave to find some place that the employees wanted to work.
Thanks to Hardee's we got to eat breakfast. At least 3-22-25 turned out OK no thanks to Wendy's.

Store was filthy, the tables had food and spilled drinks, floors were sticky. Soda fountain and condiments needed cleaned and restocked.

Went through the drive-through and took forever, and there was only three cars in there. When I asked for ranch to go with my nuggets the young lady rolled her eyes and shut the window. When she finally brought our food, she handed to my husband, he said thank you. She never said a word, she shut the window and just stared at him while he checked the order. We got no straw, so she pulled up and went inside to get a straw and speak to the manager. Of course there was no one at the counter so we left. I will never spend another dime of my money at the Wendy’s in Bryant again. Called several times and no answer.

Went through the drive through. Took longer than I wanted and got our drink and frosty at the window with no straw or spoon. Window attendant walked away. When receiving our order I had to ask for a straw and spoon. No extra spoon provided for thr chili order either. When we got home we realized we didn't get large anything even though that's what we ordered. But we were only charged for regular.

I think this is possibly the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I ordered a baconator sandwich and there's supposed to be six pieces of bacon, will I counted two. The burger had absolutely no flavor, the bacon was quite old because it was like shoe leather, and the french fries well let's just say they were definitely not fresh, more like petrified, rock hard. I suggest you go further down the road at the Wendy's off of 4:30 at Colonel Glenn road
As for customer service, there was nobody at the counter or anywhere else to be seen for that matter. I had to cough and cough very loudly for somebody to recognize that there was a customer up front. Then whilst I was waiting for my food another customer came in and encountered the same issue. Nobody monitoring the front counter at all. I looked up and I saw a camera in the corner so I know they can see there are customers at the front counter and in the lobby. This Wendy's won't be around much longer if they don't shape up. Highly recommend going to a different Wendy's or a completely different franchise all together. That was $24 wasted. Thanks Wendy's. NOT!!!

I went through the drive through placed my order and was told $9.61. So I pulled out 2 fives and a penny. The high school looking guy took my money and gave me back a quarter, nickel and 4 penny’s. What? I told him I have you a penny. His reply was “well I just rang up the $10”. Huh? I said there’s a reason I gave you the penny. He looked at me like I was nuts. It drives me crazy the younger generation doesn’t pay attention and they can only give back what the cash register tells them. Learn to count back money! Do the math. Smhhh

The Bryant location is a consistent disappointment. You would think I would stop giving them chance after chance after chance. One time they charged me over $70 because they swiped my card for someone else's receipt (the person in front of me who had already driven off). Other times they can have 2 other customers and it still takes 25+ minutes to get a single combo meal. This time, I ordered 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers plain, a #2 combo (Son of a Baconator), and 2 frosties, spent over $20. Got to the house and not a single sandwich had bacon. All 3 have bacon in the name and we ended up with ZERO BACON ON EVERY SINGLE BACON SANDWICH. That's like ordering a banana split and not getting any banana. I couldn't even go back and show them they messed up my order because they gave me someone else's receipt. Bryant Wendy's has consistently had horrible service for months and they don't seem to care about improving.
