Drive through is incredibly slow because workers won't have customers wait in a parking spot if their food is not ready. Our food was barely warm by the time we got it because we had to wait on a single item for the guy ahead of us. Workers are rude. This has been a consistent problem over the last few months. No one wants to wait 30+ minutes in a drive through thats only 3 cars long.

One had the one piece of a strip of bacon. I worked in fast food years ago, we were to break one piece of bacon to put on a sandwich. Sandwich was cold, cheese wasn’t melted. I’m disappointed, my sandwich was unwrapped, like nobody attempted to wrap the sandwich. I spoke, and was nice nobody said anything. Just gave me my food and sent me on my way.

went here a couple nights ago after an 8 hour shift and was completely disappointed and pissed off. we waited for at least 20 mins for our food and as we waited we see two young adults flirting and couldn’t focus on anything else. took forever to take the payment and to pass on the food… when i got my food i have a frozen fry with my other lukewarm fries. no sauce. no straws. these young adults need more training! need more attention skills. this was unacceptable. wont be back

I went in to get a take out order. It took nearly 20 minutes between the time I made the order and it was ready. Coffee was cold. The breakfast burrito was the worst I have have ever had even compared to other Wendy's. My wife ate her fries but threw out the sandwich after 3 bites.

Drive thru took order. Waited 15 min to get to window. Then was asked what my order was again. 5 min later, was handed wrong meal. Waited another 5 minutes. It was finally correct. But out fries were cold and sorta stale.

The absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been through. I have given this place a chance several times since moving to the area. They are insanely slow at everything, everyone seems to always ignore the counter, no one appears to have any idea what they are doing, and order accuracy is awful. I'd steer clear of this place, plenty of other fast food options around, and honestly, I am shocked this place is even in business.
I will not be going back to this location ever again. They are ridiculously slow. They take care of the drive-thru customers before the people inside. The inside of the building is nasty. They were almost completely out of every drink.

They close at midnight we made an order at 11 got there at 11:10 and sat there for a good 10mins and than the employee turned off the lights didn’t take our order and as the employee walked out she rolled her eyes at us and didn’t even stop us or try to explain what was going on and this is why I will never at Wendy’s
