Came Here Yesterday & It Was My First Time
Visiting This Location. I’ve Heard That The Wingstop In Bryant Was Supposedly The Best One To Go To, Now I Know That Claim Is A Myth. I Placed An Online Order & Received An Estimated Completion Time Of 30 Mins From When I Placed My Order, Waited About 20 Mins (Because They Were So Busy) & Went To The Line & Asked For All Of My Food To Be Fresh (Since I Couldn’t Specify That Online). The Lady Asked Me What My Name On The Order Was & I Responded, She Walked Away & Didn’t Come Back For About 10 Mins. I Stepped Out Of Line & Took A Seat. While I Was Waiting For My Food, I Witnessed One Of The Cooks Making TikTok’s/Instagram Videos Literally In The Middle Of A Rush. Finally After About 20 Minutes My Name Was Called, I Received My Food & It Was Not Fresh Like I Requested. I Walked Back To The Counter & Asked For A Remake Since My Requests Were Not Honored. I Was Met With Rolling Of Eyes From A Couple Female Employees & Slick Comments Being Said Under Their Breath. I Sat Back Down & Waited ANOTHER 20-25 Mins, So At This Point I’ve Been There For A Little Over An Hour. I Went Back To The Counter & Asked For An Update On My Order, I Was Asked Again What The Name On The Order Was, I Responded. I Was Told That My Order Was Getting Made At That Moment, Then The Manager Who Was Tall, Large & Wore Glasses Said That He Would Give Me A Refund, I Told Him I Didn’t Want A Refund & That I Wanted My Food But He Kept Insisting On A Refund Since “They’re Backed Up & I Already Received My Food Before” I Literally Had To Argue With Him About Not Getting A Refund For About 3 Minutes Before My Food Was Finally Handed To Me. Will Never Be Back Again

They needed more staff. Apparently it was National wing day and the wait time was about 2 hours but it stated an hour online.

Placed my order online for the promo! Showed up to pick it up and of course it is veryyy busy! Had to wait a little longer than expected, However the staff was literally Hustlin’! Even though they seemed very understaffed for a promo of this capacity, I didn’t wait too long! The food was still Hot and delicious! They were doing a GREAT job considering! 👏🏻👏🏻 to this staff! Thanks for working so hard under the circumstances!

Came in for there five wing promo and they were busy after I had already placed my order ahead of time and they never gave me my five wings. When she gave me my order originally she asked did I pay as if I didn’t and she was the one who took my payment. So I asked for a manager which his name Miguel and he was so busy and I had to go get my son off to work.

Someone needs to help them out.

On June 28th my friend picked an order around 7pm. Once he got home his saw that his wings were not fully cooked. He called up to the store and they said he didn’t say well done. Chicken should be cooked all the way regardless. It is fried chicken. An employee should not justify cooking chicken under done. He refused to give his money back, and cook his wings.

Stopped to get dinner on the way back to Sheridan, got home opened the sealed bag to find my wife’s dinner was not there. Drove 40 miles home to go without any dinner. Called restaurant to get told it wasn’t their problem. First time my wife went there and will be the last time.

The best wingstop in central Arkansas! The new manager is boat loads better than the one that was here last summer. The food is always cooked perfectly, the lobby is always clean, and it’s just always a wonderful time.

I showed up to pick up my order today and someone else had picked up my order under my name. Instead of them apologizing and fixing the situation they repeatedly told me that was weird that someone else got my order. The manager came out and showed me the video of who got my order and I said yeah I don’t know them is that why you’re showing me this. He said it’s just weird because they were on time and you’re late (I was there 10 min after pickup time)

I knew exactly what was supposed to be in the order and offered to show them my confirmation email and they repeatedly told me it was weird and treated me like I was lying in front of the other people in the restaurant. It was really rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Why can’t the staff let the food cook all the way? Everyone is not in a rush. I asked for well done fries and the fries are oil laden potatoes shaped like a fry but hard like an half done baked potato.
