Never again will I order Wings from here. It would be understandable for the place to mess up a hamburger or steak, but they are supposed to specialize in wings. It’s in their name. Totally messed up our Super Bowl Sunday smorgasbord. The wings were so dry that they were inedible. Got tired of picking through them and threw them away. Plus ordering ahead of time is useless as they weren’t ready at pick up time and still had to wait when we came back for them the second time. You can get better wings and cheaper at Walmart deli. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Ordered 10 piece wing only Louisiana Rub. Took 30 min at lunch today for take out and the wings were way over cooked and very greasy.

I have to admit....wingstop is a well oiled machine. You WILL wait 30 minutes for your food but no more than that. The food can sometimes use a little more of the selected seasoning and the fries too... but it's relatively and consistently pretty good. They are a good example of how to run a takeout operation..... but I always eat in.

Placed an order for pickup at 6:47pm & did not get my order til 9:30pm. We sat in the lobby for hours while others who placed orders in person after us got their orders before we did. Then we were told instead of getting our 32oz drinks we would be getting 20oz bottles & would not be refunded the difference.
Put my order in at 5:53 PM did not get my order until 7:18 PM originally told it would be ready at 6:20

Whoever owns this needs to clean it. The doors and lobby nadty handprints. The coke machine nasty and fingerprints and sticky. Floor is disgusting and needs mopped. Not one table been wiped down ....dont even try the bathroom. No pride and its my last time here.

Went in to pick up my online order. There was a lady being helped and there were 2 people standing there helping her then the young lady turns around and walks away. She comes back a couple times but never acknowledges the other guests waiting so I finally asked her if anyone was going to help us and she says yes as if I was bothering her. My food was already sitting there waiting on me the 10 minutes I stood there waiting to be helped.
