The staff is very rude. They ignore you, make faces, and get annoyed while you’re trying to speak with them. They are extremely discourteous; I would never recommend this location.

I got wings for my family and I last night we got lemon pepper and hot honey and OMG the chicken had a chemical taste to it! It was so bad we couldn’t eat them. Never have we ever had wings that taste like that….40 dollars wasted!

My wonderful wife says this is not only her personal favorite Wingstop, but also one of the most well-run restaurants in the entire Wingstop chain!

Since I see the manager don’t provide customer service I’ll leave my review! I spent $16 on my meal took it home bit it and had to spit it out! This is the first time I’ve ever tasted wingstop and it was nasty! It tasted like fake meat but before I bit it, I noticed it smelled funny! I called thinking they could refund or remake and the girl on the phone acted like she couldn’t help me. I’m pissed because now have to find something else to eat !

I placed a online order and went in to pick it up. Upon entering the establishment your not greeted not acknowledged anything. I go to the register state I'm picking up an online order and gave my name. The worker didn't say a word just turned around like she was checking for the order. After sitting for 5 minutes and me not seeing my name on the huge pickup screen I ask did she have my order in the system. She looked and me and said its already been picked up. I said ma'am I'm the only one that could pick it up and I haven't picked up anything. She continues to repeat its already been picked up I said ma'am my order was apparently given away but I haven't picked up anything it paid for so what are you all going to do are you making my food over or not. She states let me go ask the manger which takes another 15 minutes. Comes back and says nothing so I ask are you all making my food or not she replied yes. All in all sat in wing stop a hour had to continuely ask the status of my order no apologies no anything for a mistake they clearly made I'll never go back.

This was go to wing place up until November 7th 2025. I placed a doordash order and didn't receive all of my order, so I called the restaurant and let them know that my order was incorrect. The young lady i talked to got with her manager and I was informed that they would refund me for my order. Two weeks later (November 20th 2025) still no refund, so I went to the restaurant to see why I hadn't received and I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. That was the last business that they will ever receive from me.

Had this small lady in the front desk help me with the survey she would not stop mentioning it she was kind about it and so were her co workers the kitchen looked lively and the staffed didn’t look drained of life I enjoyed my visit thank you guys

Karen was extremely rude! I called in and after placing an order online. She told me what I could not have instead of accommodating the customer. She was all in my face and she was extremely rude! I asked for the manager and she told me I could not speak with him. She then came in my face saying that the Assistant Manager does not speak English. I asked if someone could translate. She then kept telling me what I could not have when I am a repeat customer. I come here every week and I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO DISRESPECTED! I will also report her to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Food Administration!

We used to frequent the LR and NLR locations regularly and LOVED them, but moved closer to this side of the state. We were initially very excited that there would still be a Wing Stop close to us. We've placed 2 orders, a month apart. The first was delivered, which was ice cold, and the second we decided to carry out. Both times, the wing meat tasted like a mixture of melted plastic and bad seafood, and the 'large' fries were in a small tray. For the carry out order, the veggie tray was missing the celery. At the other locations, we would over order just to have leftover wings for another night, but these are not worth saving, so we've thrown them out both times. We may come back in a couple of months and see if they are still nasty. I'll update when or if we decide to take the risk a 3rd time.

This Wingstop has truly went down it was one of my favorite establishments to go to in the Bryant area but unfortunately my food was horrible taste like plastic I ordered my food on yesterday and no the wings was sauceless it was just the worst experience. And when I reached out to ask to speak to management I had a young girl laughing in my face giving me the runaround I gave it until today called and reached back up there and still no call from management couldn't get in contact with anyone and everybody up there is extremely rude. So if you and the Bryan area it might be your best bet to go elsewhere because this establishment has been ran to the ground from a bunch of kids and unprofessional behavior.

I had one of the worst experiences with Wingstop. I placed an order through the app for delivery. The Dasher was on my street when she suddenly turned around. She told me DoorDash had just called and said the store forgot part of my order.
I called the store and spoke with Miguel, the manager. He insisted the Dasher “forgot the bag.” I reminded him Dashers can’t go behind the counter—they’re handed the food. I also told him I didn’t want cold food, but instead of apologizing, he said I could just request a refund after delivery. I explained I wanted fresh food, not a refund. He hung up.
When I called back, Miguel finally said he would remake the order. But when the Dasher went back in, they refused. Only after she asked for Miguel again did he agree, saying it would be an 18-minute wait. She waited, but when she brought the food back to me, it was ice-cold. The fries were soggy, the wings and cheese sauce were cold, and the drink was watered down. Clearly, they had just given her the original order.
I had no choice but to get my kids and my mom out of bed and drive up there myself. I put the food on the counter and told Miguel there was no way it had been recooked. As someone who owns a catering business, I know when food is fresh. Miguel argued with me, insisted it was, and then refused to make it over—claiming it was because of “the way we came in.” We never cursed or raised our voices. We were frustrated but respectful.
By then, it was 9 p.m., my kids hadn’t eaten, and I was sick myself. All I wanted was the fresh food I paid for. Instead, I was met with rudeness, no apology, and no customer service. I order Wingstop regularly, often twice a week, but after this, I had to find somewhere else just to feed my kids.

Order $65 of food for Dinner that was supposed to be delivered by DoorDash in which the Bryant location gave 1 bag. The driver went back to pickup the other bag and ask Miguel (manager)! To remake the food because it was cold. She waited and they gave her the old food (cold). My family went to the restaurant to have manager remake and he refused. No we didn’t curse just was upset and manager refused to remake cold food. Called Corporate that couldn’t do anything but take message. My grandkids hungry . Very poor customer service 😡

Got the food all the way home and the store didn't give us any of the sauces that we ordered. Check your bags people, this happens a lot here.
Then when I called to talk to them about it, the staff were extremely rude. In the end, they said that I could come pick up the sauces and then they hung up on me.
Its a shame because the food is good, but I won't be coming back.
