Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I love zaxbys everything I have tried is amazing the new lemon pepper is great

Went to the one in Bryant (A, been a while since I’ve eaten there, and B, they have loaded fries now). I love that what I remembered from when I was younger is still the same (see also: great service and understanding about my allergy) (and unlike the Benton store the Bryant one put bacon on the loaded fries that are supposed to come on the loaded fries 🙏)

Worst zaxbys ever. Pull up to order and have to wait 10 minutes before someone takes your order. then they all go running into the store after being outside smoking. When you do finally order you have to pull up and wait another 30 minutes before your food comes out. Then the food is mid at BEST. Not hot, food items missing etc. Yall seriously need to do better at this location.

Beyond disappointing I got my food and it’s freezing cold these fries feel like they have been siting in the back for hours even the wings are cold

I got some help from the GM at this location 11/3 -- & I appreciate him. I did an order but didnt realize that it didnt come with sides. He explained the items & helped with the sides & make sure the delivery was good. I thank you sir :)

We order the Cobb salads, when we got home and were ready to eat, we realize that the lettuce were rotten. So we have to go trough the lettuce and get the bad ones out. We love Zaxbys but I don’t think I will go back after this.

We use to love this Zaxby's. It was convenient, food was great and the staff was always nice. The last 3-4 times we have been in have consistently gotten worse with cleanliness and customer service. This time was so bad we finally just walked out. Mid order the cashier just ghosted. 🙄 So disappointed. Zaxby's needs to remember that Bryant has so many chicken places the only thing that made it stand out was the convenience of location and customer service. After how bad they have been I'll just go down the street to Chick-fil-A.

So we placed a curbside order, we were sent an email with directions on how to check in, so we did what we were prompted to do via the email and the curbside parking sign. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I called the store and let them know we’d been waiting that long for our order, and the manager, Kaitlyn, answered and told me that it doesn’t let them know when you check in and that you have to go inside and let them know your there. Why on earth would you offer curbside pick-up if you have to go inside just to get your food? Anyways, after telling me she would check on the order, i was mid sentence and she hung up on me. She was very rude over the phone. The employee that brought out our order was very sweet. He apologized for the wait. Anyways, if you’re going to order Zaxbys, might as well skip the curbside pick up because you’ll never get your food since they don’t even have on the sign that you have to come inside.

They have used shrinkflation at least at this location. The chicken fingers were about 1/2 to 3/4 the normal size. They are already expensive for what you get and now that they are serving more of child portions it isn't worth it in my opinion. I'll try another location before writing the chain off though.

I wanted to highlight an employee, La’Miracle. We went through the drive thru and I had a few questions. As someone who was traveling I am not familiar with Zaxbys, She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
