For someone who didn’t want to drive all the way to Bryant (I live 30 min away) to get one of my favorite 🤩 foods. The best way to order was uber eats! There was no comment section in the ordering process but I called up there to ask just for some extra seasoning for my fries and chicken! The guy I spoke with on the phone (Konner) really did the extra mile just to make sure we had everything we needed! Really made my uber eats order that much better! It was also nice with the delivery process and our special note from Konner letting us know he took care of everything.

Last night, my family ordered loaded fries, but the fries weren't hot, and cheese wasn't melted. The manager, Victor, and all the workers gave 5 star service. They remade the food, were engaging, and took pride in working there. Even the cook hand delivered my new food. Thank you, Zaxby, for Victor and crew with wonderful customer service skills! I will be back.

Went in to try Zaxbys.
Shocked to say the least.
Ordered 5 peice boneless chicken.
The peice were slightly bigger than a chicken nugget.The price for the 5 chicken nuggets was over 10.00.
It seems like at fast food places are going smaller bt this was ridiculous.
There wasn't anyone inside.
I know why.
It took them 30 minutes to finally to through 5 nuggets and a few french frys and a stale peice of toast.
Not ever going back there again.
I wouldn't recommend this establishment at all .
The atmosphere was dark ,gloomy, not caring attitude.
Don't waste your money.

Ya’ll charge $12 for a salad, that has barely any grilled meat, barely any cheese, and barely any tomatoes? Ya’ll also don’t cut up the egg? I could’ve gone to Texas Roadhouse, spend a dollar more and get a salad WORTH the money!

We’ve been to this Zaxby’s a few times now and it is leagues better than any of the ones in Little Rock. Service is great, dining room and bathrooms are clean, and the food is always fresh and delicious.
