The drinks are always amazing and it’s usually pretty good service but I am absolutely heartbroken that the Cabot and Searcy stands don’t have the double points day and I’m not sure if I’m going to continue going to 7brew anymore or just find a different coffee place…? why would you not do the double points day??? people are struggling…

Ordered a large UNsweet tea with lemon. What I got instead was sweet tea with lemon. Did not realize this until I left the business. This has happened three times. I'm a diabetic and cannot have sweetened drinks. Need to train employees on delivering the correct product. Will never go to 7 Brew again.

Paid for 4X cold foam, got regular amount, it all seeped into my drink before I got to work… only five minutes away. Why should I pay extra for stuff I don’t get?

Although the drink was not quite perfect (totally my fault) the customer service I got from Sebastian at the Cabot location was on point. I told him I have an allergy and instantly he made the employees aware they needed new dishes and made sure there wasn't cross contamination. I appreciated the attention to detail so much! Sebastian and his team need all the gold stars! I will definately be back! Thank you for making my night!

My family and I come to the Cabot location quite a bit and we are normally satisfied but this is my 2nd time this has happened. I get a Strawberry Lemonade but I seem to always drink it so fast and I wonder why when it’s completely filled with ice and I barely have a drink!! My drink had so much ice in it I couldn’t get my straw in there. I prefer to have a drink and not ice ?

Definitely a dessert coffee place, the girls looked at me like I was crazy when I wanted something under 50 calories. It's good but definitely not an everyday coffee place. The young ladies working the front are friendly

7 Brew is amazing!!! We go several times a week. They are cheaper than Starbucks, and I always get a caramel chiller with cold foam and caramel drizzle. They have so many flavors you can get, including cupcake, toasted marshmellow, and you can get those flavors in a cold brew, hot, or blended drink. I can't wait til they get an app. They do get your phone number every time, and you get points, and then every few visits, I will have a free drink. The people who work there are the real MVPs. They are also nice and sweet, always wipe your drinks off... they are delightful. You can also bring your dog for a treat. Go try it, you will not regret it. Thank you, 7 Brew, for coming to Cabot!!!! ♥️ ☕️
