Coffee at this location is mostly milk. They don’t add enough syrups/sauce. I hate paying $8 for coffee that’s not as good. When I get a hot it’s somewhat sweet but definitely not when iced. Need to add more syrup! It’s probably all the workers who keep failing their test lol I always hear them complaining about almost passing or about to take the test.

This is now the second time where I’ve ordered specifically sugar free but receive regular. I was even assured my drink was sugar free when I asked this time. Once, sure mistakes happen. Twice though… common guys.

I went to 7Brew on Main in Cabot. It was my 1st time. I got what i usually get at the other coffee joint (we'll call them Smarbucks)...I ordered from the young man w the tablet, who was VERY KIND. When i got to the pay point, I could NOT find my DL, or debit card (Id left them on the counter of a different establishment. I told the kiddo, 'Im SO SORRY. Just xcel the order. Instead, the kid pulls out HIS wallet. 'I got you...we are all forgetful sometimes!' He is about 18-20y/o...maybe younger. I told him i would bring it back, but this kid didnt know me from Adam. Well done to his folks & 7Brew...this kid just got yall a host of customers in MY fam & friends circle, that will go here bc you have ABOVE & BEYOND staff!

I would probably not be having all of my employees openly playing with and petting and holding a dog in the drive through while taking and handing out orders. I had to change my mind and just sit in the line, wasted a good 15 minutes
