I usually go to the beebe location to get coffee because I always have a great experience. I have been coming to the Cabot location the last few times that I have gone to seven brew. And it just taste like milk. It doesn’t taste like there’s any coffee. They fill the cup up with so much ice even when you ask for light ice. I also always request extra Carmel drizzle and never get that. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location again.

I have never been one to check my points. Well I have started. Now for the third time no points added. I went to Cabot this morning and no one was there to add points from Saturday. Always go to Cabot. Very disappointed didn’t get a call back.
I was so glad to get a response so quickly. I emailed with a copy of the charge. 5 days later nothing. The Cabot location is 5 stars to me, Mr Owner don’t change my mind!

I like this place! My only gripe is the pricing; it's not expensive but it shifts around. I order basically the same thing each time but the price has swung from 2.85 to like eight bucks!! I ask why but haven't gotten a clear answer. On the plus side, the coffee flavor is fantastic, the girls are super friendly and helpful, (even if they don't have all the answers) and they're easy to look at <3
