Ordered dinner for my brother-in-law and sister. Dasher arrived and delivered the wrong order to the wrong place. Called Arby's when I found out the order was wrong. Told them my sister was heading down. They completely remade the order free of charge since my order had been left there by the dasher and they had to toss it.
Went threw the drive thru around 7pm. They were very busy. Both gentlemen we incountered. Were very nice kept apologizing for our delay. Which wasn't more than 10 minutes. My order was right. I was so pleased with the service we received.
Stopped by Arby’s drive-thru during a heavy rainstorm, and while the food quality was great, the experience had a few hiccups. The overhead cover above the speaker box didn’t provide enough protection from the rain, which made ordering uncomfortable. I was asked to wait before giving my order, which I didn’t mind at first, especially with the updated menu options, but the delay ended up lasting several minutes.
