I got a small brisket sandswich with no sides or drinks. The meat had good flavor but was served as 8 large chunks on a roll. This made it impossible to eat like a sandwich, not to mention some of the meat was dry. When I asked if mayo could be added he said he'd have to call the manager. Seriously?! Just to add mayo? The bbq sauce came in a tiny cup and wasn't nearly enough for all the meat. For what I paid I did get a nice quantity of meat but overall I wasn't impressed.

Awesome food, friendly faces and they said they will start doing banana pudding if they haven't yet.
Unfortunately we were not very impressed :( sandwich was tender but 1lb whole brisket was not at all. So $40 brisket meal was kinda a bust for us. Sides were yummy. Peach cobbler was just ok.

I'm not sure if you are going to allow me to give this review on the Arkansas Bar-B-Q Shack in Cabot, AR on HWY 5. It's on the grounds of the Car Corner of Cabot AR Car lot. Anyway it's good eating and it is a fair price for any of the sandwiches and Rib dinner plates that are available there. They open at 11:00 A.M. 7days a week. However you are going to have to get there before Christmas Eve because of them and the Nicest Lady who's in charge of the Shack herself , are going to shut down for the Christmas break . If you are lucky maybe you can get a little bit of the meat that I got to smoke there in the smoke pit on the big smoker. It's always a small smoker I have smoked Boston pork roasts on, the dome type. This is a All day process and the temperature of the fire pit has to be at a constant temperature and I have to give any Cook who has the job of the fire pit and smoker a shout-out and a big ol that a boy or (girl). This is not a joke. You work, when you are doing this all day long and I have a lot of respect for you all. Come on and try this Bar-B-Q Shack Barbeque. It wont disappoint.

Oh my goodness, I bet pleasantly surprised! The lady that took our order was the nicest! She was beyond kind and helpful. She was very patient with us as it was our 1st visit there. Even gave me and my dad a free fruit salad and candy for the kids. We will definitely go back!! The food was good and plenty, I love the sauces. We ordered the brisket family pack, beef was tender, the sides were delicious and it was so much food that even after me, my Dad and my 3 kids ate, we still had leftovers. Worth it in every way. I definitely recommend to everyone. Even the location is beautiful and unique. It's so relaxing and refreshing. I believe she was the owner, I hope she sees this. I want you to know how much we appreciated your kindness and friendliness!! I will tell everyone I know about your restaurant ?
Absolutely the best BBQ ever!! Everything is homemade! Such good flavor! The service is over the top! Sweetest people you’ll ever meet. What a great dinner we had last night! We will defiantly be coming back regularly.

Great customer service. Got there just as.they pulled the meat out of the smokers. Fresh pork butt and ribs. Delicious beans and potato salad. Sweetest ladies working. Definitely will he back!! Love the outdoor seating.

I really wanted this to be good, but it was among the worst BBQ I’ve had. The place was really cool with some great outdoor seating, and the lady working there was nice. The brisket I got was honestly not even recognizable as brisket. It wasn’t sliced, but rather pulled as big chunks of long, muscle fibers. It was also grey and dry as though it had been reheated in a microwave. No smoke flavor and bland. My wife and I both took a couple bites and ended up throwing it all in the trash. I want to support local businesses, but you need to put in the effort to have a good product.
Great food! Good people!Ribs are great. Try the spicy BBQ sauce. Ellen and Roxy will take good care of you! Try the peach cobbler too!
