Charged us for adult scoops and then argued with me about it. She gave us kid scoops. Why’Ed I pay 13$ for this? I want a refund. If this is 2 scoops adult scoops why are they in the smallest cup and what the hell are the big cups for? RIDCULOUS!

The lady was very rude to me while serving me ice cream. Not sure if it was a bad day for her or she's just racist because she was nice with the other customers before me. When I asked for the 3rd order she told me she have another customer as if she refused to complete my order. I told her I am CUSTOMER too. I wouldn't mind if she ask me to go check out the other customer in the middle of my order. I will never be back to this location again. I'd rather drive a little farther to the other location which they have better service. This was on a Monday around 3 or 4pm 03/06/2023

We went before 9 pm which is their normal closing time. They were closing early because they had 2 people quit and two of the employees had already worked over their shifts, going into a double. Anyway, they decided to go ahead and fill our orders, when they didn't have to. The people who quit ran the ice cream side. The people who helped, ran the grocery and fuel side of Double B's. They jumped in, fixed us up and it was so good. We don't live close to a Baskin-Robbins. So it was a bit of a drive for us. The customer service and care was great. I highly recommend them, whether it's for the convenience store, fuel or ice cream. Very clean, well lit and organized.

Came in at around 8:30 to get a chocolate milkshake and was told it was closed. Called to ask what time they closed and the person at the register told me she did not know what time it closed even though the website says it closed at nine

Most of the ice cream tasted freezer burned & when I informed the clerk, who was waiting on me, of this she didn't seem to care. I tried 8 different ice creams & 5 of them were freezer burned badly.

This is a small Baskins-Robbins in a convenience store, but they still serve the same great product! I had a kids sugar cone with a scoop of jamocha almond fudge. Just the right size and price. Yum!
