Sure has changed . I was really hungry for a Whopper . The bun was bigger than the meat ....there where hardly any toppings on the whopper .Didn't even look like on the picture ....... The fries where over salted. The onion rings where great

I had an absolutely hilarious experience at the Burger King drive-thru. I pulled up to the speaker, and before I could even say a word, the attendant—polite yet delightfully snarky—said, “Sorry, it’s going to be a little while because the guy in front of you ordered $100 worth of food.”
I couldn’t help but laugh out loud! I totally appreciated the honesty and could feel the frustration in their voice, likely dealing with an understaffed Sunday night. Instead of waiting, I decided to drive down the road to Dairy Queen.
While I didn’t get my Whopper, that moment of humor made my night. Props to the attendant for keeping it real—I hope their shift got easier!

Waited for 45 minutes for a mobile order. When they brought it out half our order was missing and fries were cold. I would think that spending $80 would have better service.

Kyln was very polite and friendly. A cut above the rest on service. Hope he has a good day and that management treats him well. Definitely a positive addition to the team.

I just had a very interesting experience as a customer and dasher. When I first arrived, I was not greeted even though an employee saw me come in. I stood there and then finally, the employee that was working the drive through that was new address me and he was very nice.
I was there to place a order for myself and to also pick up a DoorDash. It looked as though the new associate was doing his best and the Short white guy that was making the food
Was so rude to the other associate in my opinion, he was displaying employee abuse behaviors right in front of me towards the new associate this is so upsetting to see that type of behavior in a business and the the lack of customer service is upsetting as well sunday 9/22/24 around 9:20 am
