This has Got to be THE WORST BK in the U.S. I ate here at 1045 assuming my food would be at least warm. The just finished breakfast service and my whopper and fries were ice cold. The ketchup dispenser was completely out so I stood for several minutes waiting to get four packages. Do yourself a favor don’t go here

I absolutely love this burger-king, 10/10 I have been coming here for months, customer service is absolutely incredible everyone is super sweet and helpful. when kids are throwing tantrums everyone is like a small village and super friendly with helping. I definitely recommend bill foster not only for the playroom, but for the delicious food that is served.

I would like to give a shoutout to Mrs. G at this location. as someone who refuses to go to the location on main street due to my past experience with their customer service, i was overjoyed to interact with Mrs. G. First of all, we came around 11 at night and we were greeted with a very friendly voice (which is almost impossible to find anywhere else). we talked about everything under the sun, including my past experience with BK and i could’ve sat and talked to her all night. we got her undivided attention, fast and FRESH food and made a friend tonight. please go to this location! She made all the difference.

If you have food restrictions or allergies, this is not the place to go. They often mess up when you ask to not have something on your food. You'll get the right items, they just probably won't be made right.

Been taking my grand daughter there every Thursday for playground. But it always took them 10-15 minutes to get one order ready. Always saw them grouped up talking including the managers. When I made a complaint that they gave me the cold fries and no nuggets on my order, the black manager snapped at me and told me to leave if I don't like it. I can't believed BK hired an irresponsible manager like that to represent the business. Guess i have to take her elsewhere bc of the service. No wonder I hardly see people to go there, must be their attitudes and services!

I waited for 10 minutes just to order and I was the only person in line inside then when I ordered all of the food was cold .I The fries were soggy and the chicken nuggets and chicken fingers were hard as a rock it was ridiculous. I wont be back to that location

Got my order wrong after I waited 14 mins for my food to be brought out to me after I was told to park. Very poor attitude from workers, no hello, no smile, and they seemed so unhappy to be there. I ordered a double cheeseburger and cheesy tots and a cotton candy slushy. They gave me a ham and cheese that tasted sour, i couldn't eat it. The cheesy tots were good and after I paid for the slushie I was told the machine was down and they could only give me a soft drink. Never apologized and I felt like I was a bother. 😳😕😞I paid for a lunch I didn't get to have.

I am disappointed to share my recent experience with Burger King regarding a mobile order. Upon picking up my order, I discovered mold on the bread, which is a clear food safety issue. I immediately contacted the store, and the general manager agreed a full refund was appropriate.
However, when following up through the Burger King app and customer service, I was offered only a partial refund and a coupon, despite requesting a full refund consistent with their own mobile order policies. Burger King Guest Services ultimately declined to escalate or provide the full refund.
While I appreciate the efforts of the in-store manager and some communication from customer service, this experience was frustrating and disappointing given the clear quality concern. I hope Burger King will review their policies and provide better solutions for food safety issues in mobile orders in the future.
Until then, I cannot recommend relying on Burger King’s mobile ordering for quality assurance.

Very disappointed waited over 30 minutes and still didn't even get my food I literally had to ask for my money back and wait on an employee to go out and get the manager from the dumpster area this place is struggling and I see why disappointed as a customer

I went through the drive-thru at the Burger King on Bill Foster Memorial Hwy and the food was so fresh and so good that I actually drove back, walked inside, and personally thanked the manager, GlennDora. She told me she takes her time because she cares about her customers — and it shows. Hands down, the best manager in town. Skip the W Main St location and come here if you want Burger King done right.
P.S. don’t worry I reviewed the W Main St location as well….
